Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.

The atmosphere and service are very good. The hotel is quite unique. It is a historical and cultural hotel. It is very photogenic and has a literary and artistic flavor. I quite like it.

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy. The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

The attention was really good. Everything is still brand new, that makes the place look better. Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc).

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range, it was the best. They even let me check in early for a small fee. Unusually, the hotel had face towels. The pool was great and very clean without too much chlorine. Nice view. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good for hotel food. The room was very clean. Easy walk to the pier area.

Stayed for 5 days in total. The equipment is very old. The bathroom only has a fixed overhead shower head and no movable shower head. The faucet is very astringent and difficult to turn. The toiletries are changed randomly. Sometimes it is all body lotion, sometimes it is all conditioner, so sometimes there is no shampoo, sometimes there is no shower gel. Breakfast is OK, the waiter is very enthusiastic

Очень стильный отель с разнообразными ресторанами, компактным спортзалом и небольшим, но достаточным бассейном на крыше. Рекомендуем вкусные завтраки. Красивое лобби и элегантный бар с приятной публикой. Внимательный персонал . Организовали нам трансфер на большом комфортабельном микроавтобусе и на пару часов дали возможность выехать попозже без доплаты. Не очень понравилась часть обстановки ( стул со своего места трудно сдвинуть. Стеклянные дверцы шкафов открываются на всю ширину узкого прохода, в сейф добраться возможно только сидя на коленях. Эти небольшие неудобства нисколько не испортили впечатления от отеля и в другой раз мы снова остановимся в нем.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Especially the housekeeping ladies were very skilled, courteous, and punctual. However, a major downside of this hotel concerns the showers in the rooms, which should be a basic and essential service in a four-star hotel. The water quality is very poor, and the shower water flow is extremely low and inconsistent, with no way to adjust the temperature properly. Not to mention the smell of the water, which clearly indicates that the plumbing system needs a complete overhaul as soon as possible.

This hotel fully lives up to its five-star rating. The room was luxurious and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and crisp, white linens! The breakfast will satisfy anyone's cravings, with an abundance of fruit, salmon, Asian cuisine, and so much more!!! Highly recommend!
