Good location, the hotel is not big, but the management is a bit chaotic, and I couldn't check in at 3 pm. The breakfast is very rich, and the breakfast of Panama five-star hotel is good. The room is spacious, facing the sea, and the view is good. The price is reasonable, and there are many big hotels and restaurants around.

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy. The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

The room was nice, and the cleaning staff was also very nice. The room was quiet, clean, and sunny, making it comfortable. The breakfast was okay, with a touch of Chinese style. I wasn't very happy with the front desk staff.

This hotel fully lives up to its five-star rating. The room was luxurious and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and crisp, white linens! The breakfast will satisfy anyone's cravings, with an abundance of fruit, salmon, Asian cuisine, and so much more!!! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but several facilities, like the rooftop terrace, were closed. I think some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff was very friendly. However, the towels were worn, and the bed was poorly made—it only had a bottom sheet, not a blanket. The mattress was a bit hard, below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I'm leaving this review so they can restore the hotel to the high standard it deserves.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range, it was the best. They even let me check in early for a small fee. Unusually, the hotel had face towels. The pool was great and very clean without too much chlorine. Nice view. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good for hotel food. The room was very clean. Easy walk to the pier area.

Because the air conditioning in other hotels was too noisy at night and I couldn't rest, I checked in at the Marriott in the middle of the night and the staff were very welcoming. Health: good Good environment good service

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good, every day there were different hot food choices. The pool was small but my kids still enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool. The room was a good size and the two queen sized beds were comfortable.
