mariascapesLocation wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself.
Pro: location.

Anonymous UserI commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back!
My comment is the cleanliness...
1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness
2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :(
3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .?
4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier.
4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

Guest UserThe place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

JenRabzI did not expect it classy yet the staff is friendly and respectful. My room is a standard premium double bed and the area is quiet spacious. The bathroom is clean and stocked with amenities. I enjoyed the pool and it doesn't have a strong chlorine smell which i really dislike. Lobby is awesome it looks like guest are really welcome. This hotel will definitely be on my list.

Anonymous UserStayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks.
Pros
* Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions.
* Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks.
* Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival.
* Bed size is king as advertised.
Cons
* Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional.
* No room service available.
* Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient.
* The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience.
Recommendation
Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.

Guest UserI appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the birthday decorations. However, if there’s a next time, I hope they can pay closer attention to my specific requests, such as assigning a higher-floor room. Regarding housekeeping, I noticed that after having some food in the room at night, a few crumbs remained on the floor. Even after the daytime cleaning service, they were still there, which suggests the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly.
Also, every time you enter the hotel, your belongings are checked for security reasons — which I understand — but it can be slightly bothersome. As for the location, the hotel is very convenient as it’s right across from the Greenbelt shopping mall in the city center. That said, guests should note that the connection between the hotel and the malls other parts is either via outdoor paths or a footbridge, so those sensitive to heat might want to keep that in mind.

Guest UserI recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience.
First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered.
The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to.
On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel.
I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

Had a great stay at Acacia Hotel Manila. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was accommodating and professional.
The location is also convenient and accessible. The amenities were decent, although some of the areas featured online, like the Treetop Lounge, (no any other nice views from higher floors) were unavailable during our visit, which we were looking forward to experiencing. The pool area was relaxing and clean, though a bit more simple and quiet than expected. Views are also limited mostly to the inside/room surroundings rather than city scenery.
Overall, still a pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Mister StephenThe first thing that must be said is that this hotel really is value for your money. The lobby area has dining and modest cafe facilities. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road.
