Always the best option when transiting in Manila to other local destinations because of the location. Staff is really friendly. Also the rooms are clean.

The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk. Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles. The gym was clean and equipments looked new. The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!

Grand Westside is conveniently located near NAIA Terminal 3, making it a practical choice when flying in or out of T3. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the ₱1,500 rate feels relatively steep compared to the selection offered. The staff are generally young, polite, and accommodating. Some are interns from different universities, which adds a fresh and friendly vibe. The lobby is bright, spacious, and welcoming, with wide hallways that give the place an airy feel. In contrast, the standard rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are adequate, though I couldn’t find any lotion provided. On the positive side, WiFi is fast, and the cable TV is a nice perk, especially if you’re staying with kids. Another plus is its accessibility: the hotel is just a short ride to Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall by the Bay.

The doormen in particular deserve praise for their attentiveness. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its rain shower. I appreciated the modern touches and the big windows that gave a great view of the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amenities. The infinity pool with the acrylic bottom is both unique and fun, and the I’M Onsen Spa is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Manila — relaxing, clean, and very professional. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar; the jellyfish aquarium is mesmerizing and the skyline views are stunning. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though it could be expanded a little for longer stays. Aside from that minor note, everything else was close to perfect. Overall, I’M Hotel delivered comfort, service, and experiences that made my trip to Makati truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila, whether for business or leisure.

They made the check-in process smooth and always attended to my requests with professionalism and a smile. Their excellent service left a very good impression, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back to stay here again this coming October for a 3-day holiday. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!
