Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. All staff are pleasant and accomodating. Very accessible to shopping malls, convenience stores, and terminal. 20-30 mins away from Terminal 3. Room is very clean and has a good view of the city. Bed is comfortable. You can watch Netflix and Youtube on TV. Air-conditioning is great. However, the light inside the restroom is dim and it doesn’t cover the shower area. My friend and I had experience some weird things—- For 2 consecutive nights, I woke up at 3am and it’s hard for me to go back to sleep. The door of the restroom got locked (even though there is no one inside). Then there was a time that I woke up because I heard a loud bang at the wall between the restroom and bedroom. I still want to stay again to this hotel due to convenience but I don’t want to stay again at room 1915.

The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and greeting me whenever we met. 🏊♀️ The swimming pool was stunning and perfect for families, with a separate children's pool. They have a jacuzzi and steam bath, gym, and other entertainment facilities. 🍱 I loved the restaurant, which offered a vast variety of dishes. All the basic things are available. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Coffee is not rich. Some pastries went of of stock. Slow refill. Too many people on the day of check-in because of an event. Will definitely stay again soon.

I recently stayed at Kingsford Hotel Manila, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Entertainment City area, which is perfect for access to shopping malls, casinos, and other attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities like a well-equipped gym, a nice pool, and a comfortable lounge area. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. However, one major downside was the air conditioning in the room. It kept shutting off in the middle of the night, which was a bit frustrating, especially considering how humid Manila can get. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. I'd still recommend the hotel for its location, service, and overall vibe, but just be aware of the aircon quirks if you're sensitive to temperature changes during the night.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

We stayed in a condominium for four days, and it was an excellent experience overall. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

On the plus side, the hotel has a shared pantry where you can heat water, use the microwave, and store some food in the fridge. Overall, if proximity to the visa center and Ayala Malls is your priority and you don’t mind the absence of in-room entertainment, this hotel is a decent choice.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.
