Hotels With Spa in Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia

First of all, I had to give a bad review for the service. I stayed for several days and asked the hotel to invoice me. As a result, I sent a message several times and opened one, and opened one for a day. The other days were not opened to me. WhatsApp sent a message in the past and could not be read back, and I have not invoiced it yet. The second is the facilities problem. There is no public washing machine. Laundry service is provided but it is very expensive. An ordinary clothes have to be 40-50 RMB. There is no water in the swimming pool. It is a decoration. There is no handheld shower in the bathroom. There is an overhead shower, and the hot water at night is not hot. The things in the restaurant are very expensive, much more expensive than the ones on the street outside. The price of a four-star is similar to the price of the five-star opposite. The price is very low. It is not recommended for everyone to stay and avoid lightning.

SLS酒店，從入住上島時就開始不對勁。Shura島保安説無法自駕上島，讓我們去Turtle bay parking。從預訂到現場沒有來自SLS酒店的任何提示和指引關於如何上島，導致我們打了三次酒店前台電話，留了名字和號碼並被承諾會有人聯繫我們，但依然沒有收到任何指引和幫助。最後在自駕來回上島門禁和parking之間半個多小時，通過問其他酒店的parking security才找到接引車的位置。經過半小時在我們自己的車上等待後，終於安排了一輛接引車到了酒店前台並開始辦理入住。震驚的來了，酒店問我是不是還沒有付款接引車費用，但一路過來沒有任何費用提醒，我多問了句是否在離島時也要再付款額外費用，得到的是理所當然肯定的答覆。這個預料外的費用最後由agent代為承擔，也算是得到了解決。 酒店的泳池不錯，有度假酒店該有的設施和表演氛圍，池邊小食味道也很不錯，可以在海邊一邊欣賞日落一邊來一杯Sunset shimmer。 酒店房間硬件規格不錯，有些細節可以再打磨，比如水吧設定在一個玻璃置物架內，而且無法抽出，導致做杯咖啡需要折腰低頭，比如酒店淋浴的水壓不足，水温也不太穩定，希望逐步完善這些細節。 清晨的早餐也有些能改進的，主要是工作人員的業務水平參差不齊，在filia餐廳有三種工作人員服飾白、深藍、橘紅（後來又發現第四種紅白豎紋格子衫，第五種淺藍色襯衣的工作人員），讓我一開始分不清究竟誰是服務員。叫了一名服務員點雞蛋，他説他會去拿menu，等待許久未果後又叫了一名服務員，他説餐廳沒有menu…我要杯橙汁，他説餐廳沒有橙汁，我指着隔壁桌的橙汁問那是什麼，他説可能現在有了要去問問，結果一去不復還…後來堅持詢問到第四名工作人員，終於端上一杯橙汁。不知道這四五種工作服是不是代表了不同業務水平？ 早餐餐品種類精緻味道不錯，可頌麪包、阿拉伯的幾種招牌蘸醬能看出來大廚的心意，坐在窗簾看着窗外的凍藍海面十分愜意。 離店時打電話讓接駁車來門口運行李，等了二十分鐘，來了個工作人員按門鈴後還沒有等我開門，自己就刷房卡開了門。結果一問不是開車來做行李的，是來看minibar消費情況的！離了大譜。差點錯過後續預訂的離島接駁。對於離島接駁的預訂，我不認可酒店前台晚上10點半孩子睡了以後打電話讓我預訂離島接駁的行為，直接把孩子吵醒了，而且前台並不認為這有什麼問題。 總得來説酒店具備五星級度假村的地段和硬件，但服務和細節還需要打磨。相比周邊幾個度假村區域，境內北部的Alula、紅海對岸赫爾格達和沙姆、甚至是波斯灣對岸卡塔爾東岸的度假村，SLS酒店自身還有很多需要提升的地方，時間關係也沒有再探索Shura島上酒店以外的配套（衹能自己有時間再探索了，從預訂、入住到離店沒有任何來自酒店人員的介紹）。 考慮其紅海生態下的度假村5k的基礎房價也算合理，但目前的服務水平確實還對不起這個價格。如果單看這次感受的入住體驗，未來不會再考慮來這裏度假。而且針對讓人不適的入住體驗，入住當晚也已經發了郵件給酒店預訂部，截止目前已經離店超過一週，沒有得到任何郵件反饋。希望酒店能正視這些問題，以客户體驗為中心，積極改善服務一致性，希望讓人有二次到訪的驚喜改善。

موقع الفندق جميل، يمكنك رؤية الغروب من البلكونة، تعامل الموظفين ببشاشة، الفطور المتنوع، قربه من المطاعم، تعاون الموظفين ومساعدتهم، اتمنى ان يستمر كل شيئ على ماهوا عليه من جودة ورقي.

قضينا وقتا ممتعاً ٢٥-٢٧ يناير في هذا المنتجع الفاخر جدا كل شي بيرفكت فوق الخيال لا استطع الوصف بدقه الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم قررنا العوده مراراً في هذا المنتجع شكرا لصاحب فكرة هذا الصرح في هذا المكان المناسب الخلاب وشكراً للاداره على اختيار هؤلاء الشباب الرائع وعلى الجوده في كل مكان بالمنتجع We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but the surrounding area is too remote to book a car. You'll have to rent one yourself. You need to prepare the necessary documents for renting a car in advance. The hotel staff has private cars available for rent, but they're not cheap.

A beautiful and elegant hotel and an amazing resort! Everything about it is wonderful, even the rooms are beyond description. The restaurants, services, and the beach are all fantastic. I will definitely be coming back, God willing! 🌹😍
