Guest UserBeş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

My wife and I stayed for one night on June 13-14. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 803 on the 8th floor. We didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. The room size was quite ideal for us, and we thought it would also be suitable for longer stays.
- At 8:30 AM, our door was knocked for room cleaning. Initially, we didn't understand why they came so early. As we left, we noticed that the 'clean my room' button next to the door was on. We hadn't turned it on, and since we checked in late at night, we probably didn't notice it – it must have been left on from the previous cleaning.
- The sound insulation of the room entrance doors was not poor; it was nonexistent. We could hear all conversations happening in the corridor.

frühstück ist in Ordnung, zwar nicht abwechslungsreich allerdings schmeckt es gut. Hatte leider ein Zimmer im -1 Etage. Dieses roch leider nach Zigaretten Rauch, obwohl es eine rauchfreies Zimmer sein sollte. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht gut funktioniert beziehungsweise hat keine frische Luft reingebracht. Lage ist sehr optimal, um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning.
I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Guest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed.
Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

Guest UserAmazing hotel, with amazing staff. You’ll get treated as if you are in a 5 star hotel. They have all sorts of services and amenities, including laundry and spa. But since you’re in turkey, I recommend you go to the Sultan Hamami Turkish Bath just across the road, for more excellent customer experience.

We stayed at Shelter Inn for one night. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The receptionist was very friendly despite our late check-in, and the breakfast was good with a nice view.
Unfortunately, the room was outdated and in poor condition. It was extremely noisy at night, there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, the toilet wasn’t clean when we arrived, and we found hair in the bedsheets.
Overall, while the staff and location were good, the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Aldino Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and kind especially Arda sir, he was a fantastic guy and he speaks English very well. He helped us with the check-in he showed us the room and everything was 10/10. The room smelled fresh and super clean every time that we walked in the room it had the same freshness and cleanliness. I recommend it a lot. The location is on top, everything was near us you don’t need to worry about anything. We had an amazing stay I strongly recommend. Thank you all !!
