The location of the hotel and the room view were very good, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the replenishment of toiletries needed more attention, and we should have reminded them to take care of this. Also, the breakfast menu was quite ordinary.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

The hotel definitely needs renovation. Outdated design, worn-out gym. Breakfast is good, quality, everything you need is there. In the photo it looked new, in fact it is quite an old hotel, we expected breakfast on the roof, in vain.

The room was very nice. But the location of the hotel is a bit remote. And the most complained thing is that the hotel only starts serving breakfast at 8:30. The breakfast is also very half-hearted.

A decent hotel, within walking distance of many restaurants, but somewhat out of the way. Cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast were all top-notch. However: - there's no on-site parking; - we arrived around 9 pm and wanted to have dinner at the hotel, tired from the long drive. The hotel restaurant refused us because they were already closed (even though the restaurant's hours are advertised as late at night). At the receptionist's request, we were served dinner at the bar, but it felt like a favor; - we were there for my wife's birthday. Not only did the hotel fail to acknowledge it, not even with a simple greeting, but they couldn't even find a vase for the flowers. They offered a beer glass for the bouquet. This is a first. Overall, not great for a 5-star hotel.

Many people only come to use the thermal pool from outside the hotel that makes it noisy and over crowded especially at the weekends. The staff at the reception is not very helpful and doesn't answer the questions in a friendly way. They denied the late checkout request even when the day after was Monday. Overall it's not worth staying there again. The food was decent and variety was great.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was large, very quiet and comfortable, the hotel view was very beautiful, and there was an ancient castle attraction in a few minutes walk, and there was a pink beach with many net red restaurants, but the meal in the hotel was also very good, eating in the hotel can enjoy the most beautiful scenery, The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, (of course to tip, whether it is cleaning the room, bellman, restaurant waiter), in addition, the hotel introduced the tour charter and tour guide are also very good! One of the best hotels in the area, with a very beautiful environment. The reason for deducting points for the ambiance is that a party was taking place that day, and even though the rooms were relatively far away, it still affected the atmosphere. The music played loudly until 1 AM, as shown in the accompanying photos. Upon entering, guests were greeted with champagne. The staff were friendly and attentive, speaking fluent and standard English. Right on the Aegean coast, the scenery is picturesque. The breakfast was delicious; in addition to the standard breakfast, guests could also order from the menu at no extra charge. Dinner was tasty, but a bit pricey. If you don't mind the potential noise from queues at night, or if you can sleep with headphones on, this is a great choice.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.
