We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

The hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.

Was upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Sera Lake Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hossein, who is a truly wonderful person. He is very experienced and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Our room had a beautiful lake view, which made our stay very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very good. I booked a room with a balcony. The location is far from the square and markets, but the restaurant opposite, overlooking the sea, was excellent and delicious. The hotel service was excellent and fast, but some things in the room were broken, like the curtain and the air conditioner. There isn't enough secure parking, and the rental car was scratched by someone else.

It's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter.

A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants. However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally.

The hotel is good, the front desk is warm and professional, Trip.com gave a big deviation in the address, the stay brought no small trouble, the hotel is clean and tidy, it is recommended, 5 points praise!
