Although it was my 1st time to come Entebbe I selected hotel “Lake Victoria Granada” with the help of Trip.com Very nice place to stay and I personally like the ambience and BBQ with band party was awesome Recommend I can visit again

They were up to their task. They were very friendly and curtious to us. Their Amenities need tobe improved . It was life time experience with their Manager.

Belonging to the lakeside resort, the vegetation is very lush, I like all kinds of green plants, the lakeside scenery is general. To be honest, the service awareness of the waiter is general. Because it is a small second floor, very few rooms can see the lake on the balcony.

Recommended - I liked it a lot. But be careful: If you book the ”Cozy Studio Apartment” you will get the lowest room category (No. 20) near the noisy utility rooms, which are busy until late at night. The ”Standard Suite” is better, which costs $50 on site and offers plenty of space. Important: Bring a travel plug.

The hotel is very international and the service is very good, very nice.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. I am generally satisfied, but not as satisfied as the first time. The hotel has good security and I feel safe staying here. The interior design of the hotel is good, but some facilities are a bit old. The hotel service is not satisfactory. The sewer has been a bit blocked, and it has not been repaired even after feedback. The water temperature is speechless, either very hot or very cold. The speed and attitude of the hotel staff in handling problems are not very good, and they always shirk responsibility.

版這家酒店的環境和硬件真心不錯，不僅有清爽的泳池、規整的網球場，還有開闊的草坪，休閑體驗特別棒。但WiFi卻成了最大的槽點，信號弱到離譜，唯有餐廳區域能偶爾連上，其餘地方直接處於斷網狀態，着實讓人頭疼。

직원들은 친절하고 뷰도 좋아요 다만 조식이 좀 별로 입니다
