absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine... Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left. My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room. Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking. Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

The hotel I stayed at in Los Angeles was right downtown. I guess American cities are different from back home; the downtown areas are mostly for business and offices, so there isn't much to see or do. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. The hotel itself was very old, and the facilities looked quite dated. You really can't compare it to hotels in China.

The room is pretty good. It's right in downtown Davis. When you exit the hotel, walk forward at a traffic light and turn right to the town of Davis. There are restaurants and coffee shops. Well, there's a movie theater opposite the hotel. The first floor of the hotel is a relatively famous western restaurant in Davis.

Highly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I think her name was Martinez? Everyone else aside from her were very nice. Room was pretty good too.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Los Angeles, unsure whether to stay in downtown (DT) or Beverly Hills. The Chinese district felt a bit far, and I'd heard DT wasn't safe. However, during our stay, there weren't many homeless people right downstairs, though we did see some a few blocks away during the day. Getting around by subway and bus was very convenient, and the hotel was very clean. They even provided two bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was pretty good. Just remember to be careful when you're out and about in LA.

The environment is okay and the hotel is large. Lots of rows. Close to the airport and Ten Gate Outlet. When I got to the room, I found that the toilet was broken. I called someone to fix it quickly. The coffee bag is open, it's leftover from the previous customer... Breakfast is simple, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and coffee.

We really liked this hotel for a number of reasons: (1) Large, clean, comfortable room with lots of storage space and a comfy sofa. Microwave, Keurig, and a decent-sized refrigerator as well. (2) Super-friendly staff, especially the room attendant and the lady who took care of the breakfast. The front desk were very helpful. (3) Great location for visiting Yosemite - about as close as you can get without being in the park - no more than 15 minutes to the gate. Breakfast was steam-table scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, muffins, fruit, and cereal. For more than that there's a Denny's adjacent. There' s a pool, steam rooms, and hot tub, but we didn't bring swim suits, so can't comment on them. Would definitely stay again.
