The facilities are pretty good, clean and hygienic. It has wooden floors, but no disposable slippers. The room was really spacious; it turned out to be a suite with two separate bedrooms, a hot plate, and a microwave, which made it feel just like home. Breakfast is served on the second floor next door. Initially, I was given a room right next to what looked like rented-out small apartments at the back. After I requested a change, they gave me a room facing the street.

The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy, and they were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit. The room was clean, with large windows providing a good view. The only minor point was that it was a little close to the main road.

There was no desk in the room, so there was nowhere to put a computer; there were only two power outlets by the bed, so there was nowhere to boil water. The hotel is located in the mountains, and you should allow 15 minutes for a taxi ride. The hotel reception staff didn't speak much Chinese, but their service was very good.

The service is attentive, patient, and helpful in answering any questions. Free taxi service is also available. Airport transfers are only 350,000 VND. Convenient for travel. The breakfast is plentiful, and the Vietnamese pho is delicious. I will stay here again in the future; highly recommended. Very good value for money.
