I was shocked!! I can't believe there's such a huge sea of lotus flowers near Chengdu!!
It's right inside the Chen Yi Former Residence in Lezhi!!
We discovered it when we took our elders there for a weekend trip!
There are so many lotus flowers; the entire scenic area is surrounded by them, with over 400 mu of lotus flowers!! It's very comfortable with few crowds!!
This place is perfect for taking seniors and children for a weekend outing!!
It's not crowded at all, so you don't have to worry about pushing through crowds!!
Plus, there are many trees inside. You can take a slow stroll, learn about the life of Marshal Chen Yi, see the old house where he lived 🏚️, and enjoy the lotus flowers!
It's so relaxing!!!
After finishing up at the Chen Yi Former Residence, you can grab some barbecue in Lezhi in the evening before heading back!!
Note ⚠️ Closed on Mondays!!!
