Well, it seems that foreigners are not welcome to Shijiazhuang at all since foreigners are danger, probably all having COVID-19 regardless theis travel history. It could be nice if the body responsible for preparation of questionnaire for foreigners hire somebody who can prepare correct questionnaire form in English. Or maybe my English is poor...Well, question 1. Where did the stone come from: ...2. Reasons for coming to stone: ...It sounds as Mars exploration, or?

The location is very good, you can see the night view of Jiazhuang. The facilities and sanitation are good. It is currently the first choice in Shijiazhuang. Thank you very much for Dandan’s attentive service and this rare warm moment during the business trip.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. This may be a problem of hardware selection during decoration, but if it cannot be turned off, a comfortable room temperature should be guaranteed. I turned the air volume to the minimum and the temperature to the lowest. It was dry and uncomfortable all night, and the buzzing sound was constant during operation, affecting sleep. As a hotelier who has worked in the industry for many years, I still hope that your hotel will get better and better. By the way, the front desk service needs to be improved. It is mediocre, not enthusiastic, and has no relevant warm reminders. It is not up to standard!

I came to Shijiazhuang for a trip on May 1st. Local friends recommended this state-owned five-star hotel. The choice was very correct. What makes me most satisfied is the service here, especially the little girls at the front desk Xiaoxian, Xiaoqin, Supervisor Ran, the lobby manager Xiaohan, and the concierge manager. They really made me feel what caring and enthusiastic service is. The first-class service level [Strong][Strong][Strong], I will recommend it to my friends, and I will stay here again when I come to Shijiazhuang next time.
