✅ Easy check in/check out ✅ Front desk upgraded our room ✅ Comfy bed and pillow ✅ Good AC and shower heater ✅ Smart tv ✅ Good internet 😐 Fridge is quite not working 😐 Pool is huge and long however the beach bed are limited so u dont have much space to leave your things 😐 We requested a trolly for check out but didnt arrive until we decided to just carry all out things down 😐 Breakfast is okay, not much of choices 😐 Sad that the view of the sea is now different. Almost no sea view due to construction right infront of the hotel Will go back :)

Such a remarkable stay leaves me pondering that even if proximity to the airport weren't a factor, I'd still strongly contemplate returning to this exceptional establishment.

We are located on the 6th floor and the front of us is under construction. But it's ok. We enjoyed our stay even though the aircon kept on turning off. The remote of the tv does not function ,we use the button at the back of the tv to change channels and volume up and down. It is near SM Moa, there is a jollibee and 7/11 at the side of the hotel. Walking distance to Baclaran church. So far it's been a good stay.

1. The location is only good for airport terminal 3 passengers ( our terminal is 1 and it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport/ hotel by taxi) and all the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away by taxi. We have to endure the traffic jams every time we go out. Quite stressful! 2. Noise problems: a construction site and the nearby guests in the hallway make constant noises and they wake us up, so I think the hotel should work on its sound proof quality. 3. City view and garden view ? After we complained about the construction noise, it took us almost five hours to move to the new room. The first room’s view is the ugly construction view ( allegedly city view ) and the garden view is hellish and unpleasant ( see the photo). I really wonder how the manager could proudly say it’s an upgrade for us to change to the new room?? Lol 4. Other than those above, the staff are all polite and attentive. Great breakfast and sauna and steam room.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

The staffs are very accommodating and they have the best service. Will get back here next time. We requested for a crib for the baby and the crib was really cute, they have the specification of for either boy and girl baby. The only thing that disappoints me is they do not have an oven but the overall amenities and service will be given a thumbs up and five star.

Good value for money hotel at Pasay, Manila Good Behaviour of staff, polite and cooperative, cleanliness of room and restroom, Room service was good. The reception desk always listened and helped. Exceptional location, near to airport, SM Mall of Asia. The neighborhood is a little dirty and there's always traffic. They are not open for online modify or upgrade room

We attended an event at World Trade Center, and the location of the hotel is just near the venue. There is also a 7Eleven just few steps away. The room was too small, compared to the photos, especially the toilet and bath, there was a heater but no hot water, perhaps the heater was broken. Cleanliness was quite a problem, the toilet rag outside the bathroom looked very dirty, the pillows had a bad smell, and the walls were damp (with water condensation). However, their customer service is very responsive to our requests (i.e. change room because our original room had an exposed sewage pipe at the ceiling and whenever the upper floor flushed the toilet you can hear the swishing sound of the pipes, made us anxious the pipe might leak!). For it's price, we could have gotten a cleaner and better Airbnb unit. So I guess we're not coming back. Note: photos were grabbed from google, actual sight of the room was kinda dim and gloomy

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences.
