Vi a avaliação ruim do hotel, mas todas repetiam sobre a localização excelente. Entrei no IG do hotel e vi que estavam fazendo reformas, treinamentos para a equipe, as fotos eram boas, o quarto parecia legal e resolvemos dar um voto de confiança. Chegando no local a frente já impressiona pela falta de manutenção, está muito feia. Os quartos são precários, percebe-se que foi tudo muito planejado, mas não há manutenção faz tempo e tem aspecto sujo, velho, com cheiro de mofo, as lampadas estão queimadas, os lençóis muito desgastados (rasgados) e as toalhas chegam a ter furinhos de excesso de uso. A limpeza deixa a desejar com chão oleoso e outros detalhes que, somados ao aspecto velho e mal reformado, deixam um ambiente péssimo para estadia. Por fim, fiz o checkout faltando 2 dias para o término e fui para outro hotel; vale ressaltar que a recepcionista nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar pq estávamos saindo antes do término ou oferecer reembolso, nada. De qualquer modo, a equipe é muito cordial e educada e realmente a localização é ótima, mas infelizmente não vale a estadia de maneira alguma.
