Holiday Apartments in Trabzon Province, Türkiye

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Peace is very clean, very tidy, and thank you to my dear sister, Congratulations, and my sister, Hody, for her good handling, and my high-quality morality, I have a simple observation on the apartment, there's no microwave, there's no cooking tools, and thank everyone for their hospitality.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and they were kind enough to give me a free upgrade. I was very surprised by how big the room was, I felt like I was staying in a large apartment and there was even a washing machine. The hotel was very clean and peaceful and I would be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend

The apartment clean with balcony on the mountain view , little bit far from the lake specially if you dont have a car .

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with stunning views. We booked a suite with a view of the mountains. But in fact, we were accommodated in a room with a view of the sea from the living room, and two bedrooms ran into a concrete wall about a meter away. The sofa and armchair were dirty, burnt by cigarettes.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was very basic with same type of food everyday.

Juda yaxshi hotel oila va do’stlar bilan Ozarbayjon Xodimlarga katta raxmat Biz bir xonalik nomerga to’lagandik lekin 2 xonalik nomer berdi Ozbekiston and vatandoshlar Ozbek Yong'oq and a flying lion of a lion.

The hotel is wonderful, the fascination of its owner, the fascination of the individuals who work with him, they're very high-quality, high-quality, and the hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport, from the marine facade, close to all the services, and close to the main street, I'll be visiting again, God's permission. Thank you. Everyone is deep in my heart.
