Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, right in the city center, and you can easily reach everywhere by walking. The reception team was wonderful; they were very warm and helpful. Our room was a bit small but quite clean and functional. I also suggest having breakfast at the hotel; even though it costs extra, the taste was superb.

The international standards, location, facilities and services are all first-class. The country's positioning in developing tourism is very accurate. In ten years, Albania will definitely be a different place.

We had the place all to ourselves and were able to relax. It's a bit far from town, but it was quiet and nice. The pool was also a nice touch and created a great atmosphere. Breakfast was included, which was great.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

Central location in Tirane and great atmosphere at evening around the hotel . restaurants, shops and cafes. The Standards and facilities adapted to the international chain.

This hotel is very cost-effective, I will stay again next time I have the opportunity, breakfast is ok, suitable for playing in the water in person!

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid. There are pyramids and other attractions around.

Good stay. It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car. Single room layout a bit off because i couldn’t get to the other corner but it’s spacious enough and the shower room is really nice and modern. Breakfast not the best but has a good variety. Really clean but perhaps housekeeping can be by request (I dont mind it but they changed everything every day is a bit unnecessary).

La experiencia ha sido en general positiva, el personal ha sido muy amable y las instalaciones parecían muy bien mantenidas y nuevas, aunque no he tenido el gusto de disfrutar de la piscina ya que estaba cerrada. Me hubiera gustado saber esto antes de llegar. A parte de esto, todo muy bien, menos por la luz que no funcionaba en mi cuarto y había una lámpara grande pero estaba roto el enchufe. La cama muy cómoda y grande. Gracias por todo. Recomiendo.

Hotel Relax City Center Comfort Double Room Stayed: Feb 5-6, 2026 | Rating: 5/5 Location was spot on—5 minutes walk from Toptani Shopping Centre, right by a really fancy kenefa place, next to the big masjid, and surrounded by everything and all types of shops someone might need. Staff was really nice and helpful; they provided us with recommendations when we asked and even gave us a charger since we didn't have a European plug. The room was really nice and comfy, with ACs and heating within them—definitely worth £39 and we'll be visiting again!
