Room was good however the bed was small. Also, the tv barely can play a local news as the screen keeps on freezing. In addition, the bathroom floor was sticky. I was ones in room 3 and 5 and noticed the same thing, it’s as if they don’t properly clean the floor tiles. This time I was in 145 and the bathroom/toilet floor was sticky. Otherwise they have free coffee at the reception which was good.
Good hotel chain which lives up to its name, very suave feeling to it. Onsite gym, sauna & pool which I did not get to check out, the kitchen & the bar closed at 9pm on a weekday, the mini bar was reasonably well stocked.
Our internet service wasn’t good / and shower had a little bit issues. The hotel solved it quickly . The hotel service is excellent. in the room it provide coffee machine / kettle - Italy good brand . Also I really like the shower gel / body lotion provided by the hotel - these all 5 stars hotel standard. It is highly recommended. The only thing I can criticize to the hotel is it should replace the shower head .

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment.
Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged.
Great environment overall, but better communication would help.
Little National CBR is great for a visit to CBR. It is perfect for a couples getaway. The rooms are very private, The blinds are total blackout - which is great after a long flight and the beds are like sleeping on clouds and are super large. I love staying here.
The room is not big but the facilities are quite complete. There are plenty of parking spaces. Overall it is good. It is quite convenient to drive there. There is an electric blanket on the bed, so you don't need to turn on the air conditioner. Check-out is required at 10 am, which is a bit early.
Took my relatives from overseas to visit Canberra. It was a nice stay. The hotel is in a great location plus parking is free. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprisingly the buffet breakfast was nice and value for money. Received the discount voucher from the hotel for my next stay. Will definitely come back when visit Canberra next time :)
Park Suites Zero One Hotel, this hotel is very good, very good, the room is large and parking is convenient, the hotel restaurant is also delicious, the hotel's location is also very good, very quiet and very good
Good location which is less than 10 mins to most key attractions. There are plenty of dinning options surrounding the hotel as well as woolies and the labour club for food options. Parking is easy on-site unlike other canberra hotels.

GGuest UserGreat location & very friendly staff.
The only negative was we booked a King Room with a balcony & the closet was soo small.
GGuest UserFirst time I've stayed here and from the time I entered the door, until I left the hotel, everything was perfect. I will certainly stay there again.

EElaine Yuen YanThe hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day.
The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin.
There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning.
Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday.

AAnonymous UserI've been to Canberra twice. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's really nice. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room. It's very convenient. It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. The location is very good. Parking is free on weekends. It's really good. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money. It's really good. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great. Excellent, I will continue to stay there if I have the opportunity in the future, 5-star recommendation! Canberra feels great this time 😌
RRicky WingGreat location close to a Canberra Centre
Amazing facilities with gym/ swimming pool/ multi function room.
Very spacious bar restaurant for happy hour and gathering.

GGuest UserCheck-in service was a bit slow as only one staff member at the desk, and also tickets that weren’t included for the Pompeii exhibition weren’t available for some reason, so we had to wait a while before we actually received the tickets.
We were last at this hotel just before Covid hit, so there was a marked improvement, but windows need to be soundproofed and also blockout curtains need to be laundered as they were very dusty.
The bar staff were great!
All in all, we enjoyed our 2day stay!
