"This hotel is very new, located upstairs in the Tradicija restaurant, the front desk is set on the second floor. The first floor is an elegant and popular restaurant of the same name. I walked directly into the restaurant on the first floor at the beginning and the staff enthusiastically guided me to the hotel entrance. The rooms are simple and modern and clean. The room is equipped with a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee; the bathroom is very complete, towels, earplugs, toothbrushes are all available. Small reminder: There is no elevator to the front desk on the second floor, but the staff is very enthusiastic throughout. The front desk is occasionally unattended, but the restaurant staff can help communicate, whether it is booking a taxi or consulting local information, they will patiently assist. The restaurant downstairs offers a variety of meals and drinks throughout the day, making dining very convenient. There is no refrigerator in the room, but the hotel is across the road from the large supermarket Tropic. The business hours are very long and you can buy all kinds of fresh ingredients. There is also a cheap and warm simple cafe in the supermarket, with a rich choice. The overall stay is comfortable, the service is friendly, it is highly recommended for friends who travel to Banja Luka!"

"Ich hatte das Vergnügen, drei Tage mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel zu verbringen, und es war wirklich eine großartige Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was uns sehr angenehm überrascht hat. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Eigentümer des Hotels, der persönlich sehr hilfsbereit war und uns bei allen Anliegen tatkräftig unterstützt hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und gebe ihm gerne fünf Sterne. Es ist definitiv ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt!"
