I'm the one who finally got to soak in a bathtub after two years and relieve all my fatigue. For two years, I've been telling everyone that if I ever went to Frankfurt, I absolutely had to stay here. My dream came true, and it was amazing! It's close to the station, and even better, the long-distance bus stop is right in front. Tourist spots are also nearby (Iron Bridge, Römerberg). Hotel facilities are perfectly adequate. Fluffy hotel towels are available! The bed firmness was perfect for relieving fatigue! Air conditioning in every room! Breakfast buffet includes rice and miso soup! The staff kindly listened to my clumsy German. I believe English is generally the shared language. There are also Japanese staff members.

The trip was fantastic. I was on a solo travel. Specially I like the guy who do night shift he is so friendly and helpful with information and food. I have heard Germany people are not good at communication but To be honest whoever I met everyone was friendly and helpful

Great hotel at a great location. I was in Frankfurt for a short leisure trip and found this to be the perfect hotel, close to the airport (and train stations) and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was spacious as I travelled solo, but also big enough for 2 people. Room and bathroom were clean as were the sheets, complimentary bottle of water and mini fridge present. Breakfast was included in my stay. If it's not I would recommend to book it as it was very good - and there are not many other options nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would certainly stay here the next time I visit Frankfurt.

I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

The Frankfurt Airport hotel boasts an unbeatable location. The facilities are clean, and the service is excellent. Everything was top-notch! The rooms were spotless, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast delicious. The location is perfect for exploring the area. We felt completely at ease and would happily return! Thanks for the excellent service!

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street. At the price I set at the time, I forced this house,

When i checked in on November 6th, the reception lady is not so nice. I asked clearly if you have a room in higher foor. She just ignored me!!! AND i asked again and she said no room in higher floor. She then gave me a room in the 2nd floor. I accepted but when i entered the room, i found the window cannot open like last time. So I went back to her and asked a room with open window at any floor. Then she gave a room on the highest floor at 6th!!! So what about a min ago ”no room in higher floor”??? Then, i tried to open the window several time and it absolutely did'nt work!!! I can sense that she a little racist. Bacause I am Asian.

The room was good, affordable, and centrally located. The room was very large, but still comfortable, not cramped at all. The only downside was that we drove and there was no parking available, even though Trip.com said there was. We had to park on the side of the road and find a spot ourselves, but luckily where we parked was free. Overall, it was very good. There was a small dirty patch on the floor near the door, making it feel like people had walked in with their shoes on. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and there was an electric kettle in the room. P.S.2 The room lighting is actually bright, but I had just entered and hadn't turned on the lights yet.
