Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Stayed at Oakwood Batam for a short getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Batam. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room felt modern and well-maintained. What stood out most was the service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. The location was also convenient, with shopping malls and food options just a short ride away. The breakfast spread was decent, and the facilities were well-kept. While no hotel is perfect, Oakwood delivered where it mattered most—comfort, cleanliness, and good service. I left feeling well-rested and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Batam.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Though it’s a soft launch and they is still some construction work going on, it’s still good stay. Service of the staff are good! The manager Shintia always check on us and make sure we that we have an enjoyable stay! Was upgraded from pool view to ocean view. Enjoyed the ocean view very much! A very well equipped gym as well. Very nice scenery at the resort area. Will be back!

Continue my aged bday on the second day in batam. With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate. Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal. The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly. I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set) I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha) Everything is so wonderful at artotel batam. Thanks always 👍

I stayed in both the Superior Room and Deluxe Room during my trip and found both room types to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay. Breakfast is also excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small coffee table in each room. We ordered room service and found it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably in the room. With three plates of food, there was very limited space on the dressing table as it was already occupied by the kettle, cups, and coffee amenities. A small coffee table would make a big difference, especially for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms. The location is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to Grand Mall Shopping Centre, only 3 minutes from BCS Mall and the morning market, and just a stone's throw away from Si Fang Yuan Dim Sum. There are also plenty of massage centres and great food options within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay⁹. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic location. Will definitely be back again!

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. The hotel was great. As soon as we exited the pier, we saw someone holding a sign to pick us up, no need to pre-arrange with the hotel. The staff were warm and thoughtful. The only thing was that during our three-day stay, I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, even though I remember seeing a Chinese service label. But that's not important; the staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, and that's what truly matters. It was incredibly windy in February, not sure if that's a bug or a feature though! 😂

This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!
