The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, really close to the beach, and surrounded by tons of great restaurants and a huge supermarket. The price is reasonable too, and it's only about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, there's an infinity pool!

Very close to the main street, just a few minutes walk, very convenient. There is a waiter who speaks some Chinese, very nice! The sea view is not wide enough, the facilities are relatively old, the food is not delicious, maybe it's because of different tastes. The bed smelled at night, fortunately we only booked one night and went to another hotel the next day.

The location is very central and convenient, close to tram, beach and lots of activities booked for my teenage kids. Complimentary minibar items are a big surprise for us. By reading other’s review comments, I think we should get two bottles of milk instead of one. But It’s not a big deal for us we drink green tea only without adding milk. A bit noisy from the street at night, but once the balcony door is closed it’s all right. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant downstairs as we only stayed for one night and booked buffet meals elsewhere… definitely will be back to try next time. Customer service is nice, too. Staff is very friendly at the reception, offering us early check-in.

It’s nice and quiet, and pretty comfy, but there’s still a bunch of hair on the floor, and it doesn’t look super clean. The staff seemed a bit confused with the info, but it’s all good. Just don’t expect five-star service, that’s all.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful, even though I couldn't speak English well. The convenience store in front of the hotel was open until late at night, which was nice. I didn't see any other convenience stores open at night. However, they don't sell alcohol, so I recommend buying some at a liquor store during the day.

I was mostly happy with the resort. There were some things missing like more food options (only two restaurants) and small luxuries like a sauna for example. It’s also hard to rate the staff as you had some incredibly helpful staff and then some real depressing ones that were just rude. The only other thing that was a bit of a shock was that the beaches were just full of dead coral and no sand. I hadn’t been to one of the islands in the Whitsundays so I was surprised to see that. The photos of the resort did not show this so it would have been nice to know so it didn’t lead to disappointment. Some positives though is that the resort was beautifully designed and they offered a lot of free water activities like kayaking for example. The buffet breakfast was also really nice.

Really nice place, very relaxing with both pools being in excellent condition, rooms could be called a little old fashioned but still up to date and really good air con. The hotel is a little further out of the city but was still close to a Woolworths

The hotel boasts a superb location with breathtaking views from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. This is a fantastic apartment hotel; the only minor drawbacks were the slightly small and single bathroom. Otherwise, all other services were excellent. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 min walk away from the convention centre. The train station and bus station is nearby and the walk to the nearby turbocat makes the hotel in a prime location for transport. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Although I check in early and the rooms were not ready, they were nice to allow us to use the facilites on the 21st floor to relax and shower. Also on the 21st floor is the rooftop bar which has the best views of South bank and the skyline. The Vista King Suite was a huge room with large bathroom sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. It took me awhile to find the door, which was hidden behind a glass door enclosure to block out noise. Housekeeping was efficient and meticulous. Breakfast was either in the cafe on G/F or the 21st floor. Servings were hearty and filling from the a la carte menu.

The hotel room is clean and housekeeping services are good. The only issue is that the car park is not free. Take note if you do plan to go to the ****** to play, always take a ticket when you enter the car park and when any of your travel mates have earned 5 tier points in the ****** with the star club card, go claim the free car park and you can save on paying for it. You can rent a car and go places like Yatala Pies and eat great pies.
