Anonymous UserThe environment is beautiful, and for two of the three mornings we stayed, there were fresh mangoes for breakfast.
However, the room cleaning schedule was very strange. On the second morning, they tried to clean around 9 am, but we were still in the room. So, they came back to clean between 1-3 pm. On the third day, we left at 9 am and pressed the 'clean the room' button. We went to Sun World Nature Park for the water park and, since there was no hot water for showers there, we returned to the hotel room around 4:30 pm. But the room still hadn't been cleaned, and the towels hadn't been replaced. Both adults and children desperately wanted to shower. We were about to go out and look for staff to get towels when we noticed cleaning staff working in another room on the same floor. We asked them for towels and then had no choice but to press 'Do not disturb'.
The room was a complete mess, with old towels piled up and the trash bins not emptied. We needed to shower and had no drinking water, so it was a very difficult situation.
Since we were showering in the room and couldn't let the staff clean, I had to put the towel basket and trash bins out in the hallway.
The strangest thing was receiving a card from the staff at 4:40 pm, saying they couldn't clean because we had pressed 'Do not disturb'. It's baffling why the room wasn't cleaned for such a long period, from 9 am to 4:30 pm â seven whole hours.
Although the manager eventually sent an apology card and some fruit, I never expected to encounter such an issue at a luxury hotel like this.

Anonymous UserGreat amenities, with airport transfers from hotel to airport and buggy service to nearby attractions at Grand World. Service staff were polite. Breakfast had a great variety of selections.
The only downer we had was the hotel roomâs toilet bowl plumping system that caused a flood pee poop situation towards the end of our stay. First flood happened in the middle of the night, called in the repair team, and they fixed it. Early morning, the flood happened again when we used the toilet. Upon the second repair, the toilet bowl and floor was left in this state where poop stain toilet bowl and floor has left is unable to use our toilet before our check-out.
Despite the great experience we had on the other aspect, this incident has left uncertain on returning to this hotel.

LE MINH KHOIOur first time experiencing this place at SOL was simply amazing! The private beach and pool with breathtaking sunset views were absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and the staff were young, cheerful, and incredibly quick and enthusiastic to help us. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you note along with a dessert from SOL. Additionally, SOL offers complimentary afternoon tea and a variety of services like yoga, a gym, and a spa. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. It's definitely a worthwhile experience for a relaxing getaway, and I will certainly be back for future holidays. Thank you, SOL, for such a wonderful experience!

Good to all travelers!
We stayed at this villa as a family.
We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning.
Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something.
Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect.
Rooms: perfect
Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains.
Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes.
I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and I was a bit apprehensive beforehand because I'd read some negative reviews. However, our actual experience there was absolutely fantastic! đ
The hotel front desk staff spoke fluent English, allowing for seamless communication. They were warm, attentive, and clearly explained all chargeable services and confirmations. We even received welcome drinks. Personally, I found no evidence of discrimination against Chinese guests.
Our concierge also proactively helped us with our luggage. When our child got the bathroom wet from playing in the water, staff immediately came to clean it after we informed them.
Every morning when we went to the lobby to call a taxi, staff would proactively approach us to offer assistance with booking a car or tickets, which was very convenient. Generally, drivers would handle our round-trip transfers, with an additional charge for extra stops, which could be discussed directly with the driver. I found this to be very reassuring.
The restaurant opens up to an infinity pool that merges with the ocean, offering incredibly beautiful and therapeutic scenery. The beach is a bit small, but it was still perfectly adequate for kids to play. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of clean and tasty options. The hotel also has a sauna and a gym, but we didn't get a chance to use them. đ€Ł
Its location is in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, so most places are about a 30-minute drive away. The hotel also provides airport transfer services, which can be booked in advance. For departure transfers, you can arrange it with the front desk during check-in. The front desk even sends a letter to your room the day before to confirm the pick-up time for your departure, which is very thoughtful.
Near the hotel, there's Duong Dong Night Market, which has many food stalls and massage shops. We were a bit hesitant to try the street food, so we just walked around. The massages were very comfortable, costing around 100 per person. There are also many other restaurants in the vicinity, offering plenty of choices!
Finally, I give this hotel a 5-star rating. Our family had a wonderful time, and this hotel is definitely worth recommending! đđđ

We had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Phu Quoc. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The beach was clean and relaxing, and the swimming pools were excellent for both adults and children, making it a perfect choice for families. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport.

This is a resort under Mövenpick. The swimming pool offers various water sports equipment for rent, such as underwater scooters and electric water guns, and there's a fun bubble activity at the pool on Saturdays.
The beach and pool are very close to each other, with shower areas along the path for easy rinsing of sand, allowing for convenient switching between the beach and pool. There's also a free shuttle bus within the resort, so no worries if it rains đŻ.
We have family members with atopic dermatitis and dust mite sensitivities, and neither the water nor the bedding triggered any symptoms.
We stayed for ten days and mostly dined within the resort. The food and drinks were clean, and we didn't experience any diarrhea.

Guest UserThe hotel's overall style is lovely, with a Southeast Asian vibe, spacious and very clean. The swimming pool is exceptionally comfortable, both the private villa pools and the public pool are perfect for kids to play in. You can rent inflatable jet skis, underwater thrusters, and other fun water toys. However, the room was very damp, with condensation frequently appearing, and even the blankets felt a bit damp. Anyone with severe rheumatism would immediately notice it. Hotel service was prompt; any issue was addressed immediately by staff coming to the room. The location is also very convenient, with a dedicated car-hailing service that's fast and affordable. It's worth noting that the currency exchange at the supermarket across from the hotel offered the best rates for USD...

Guest UserHaving stayed at this hotel before on Vinpearl Nha Trang, I decisively chose it again this time. The hotel offers beautiful scenery, a great environment, and friendly staff. The breakfast is plentiful, and transportation is convenient. However, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness details; many nooks and crannies were dusty. The private pool in the room felt like the water wasn't circulating and was quite dirty. Toiletries weren't replaced daily; on the second day, the bath mat, hand towel, and toothbrush weren't replenished. I hope they can pay attention to these details in the future. Overall, it's great value for money, the environment is beautiful, and it's perfect for a large group vacation. I will book again next time.
