Anonymous UserI booked a Cabana room. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member handled the check-in and thoroughly explained the hotel facilities and lounge benefits. I was very satisfied with the complimentary welcome fruit and the chocolate delivered every evening.
For breakfast, you can go to the 9th floor of the main building for à la carte and buffet options. The pho was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the local drip coffee; the lotus tea was also good, and there was unlimited ice cream. Overall, it was quite refined, not crowded, and had a great ambiance. We also went to the buffet restaurant on the 1st floor for breakfast, which offered more variety, but the pho wasn't as good as on the 9th floor.
The room was decent, a bit humid being close to the sea, but clean. The bathtub looked quite large, and bath salts were provided, but I didn't use it as I was concerned about cleanliness.
There's a huge swimming pool. On sunny afternoons, they have pool parties with bubble machines, which are a lot of fun. If you prefer quiet, you might want to avoid it then.
Many Koreans stay at the hotel, and many staff members are also Korean, so communication in English or Korean is easy. The à la carte dining isn't too expensive, comparable to mid-to-high-end restaurants in first- or second-tier cities in China.
The rooms and resort area have shuttle bus buttons. If you need one, just press it, though you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes. Besides check-in and check-out, I walked everywhere else, as it only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach.
The hotel is filled with frangipani, jasmine, and coconut trees, making for a very pleasant environment.

Guest UserExcellent! The hotel met my expectations, with delicious and varied breakfasts. To those who complain about repetitive food, I wonder if it's any different at home? :) We were given a Deluxe room with a pool view, even though we didn't request it. We visited during the off-season (August), and 6,000 rubles for a room with breakfast is a steal!!! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers during the off-season. You can grab towels yourself at the pool and beach. The beach is excellent, just a 5-minute walk away. The grounds are lush with palm trees. Free bicycles are available, as well as a kids' club. A buggy takes you to Grand World, which is about a 10-minute walk. To get back, you just press a button at the stop and they'll pick you up. There's a supermarket nearby. There's also a convenient pass-through to the neighboring Wyndham hotel. Transfers to Safari and the park are also available on a schedule. Free airport transfer is provided.

Stan limIf you’re someone that enjoy the beach, sea, and sunset. This will be a recommended area to be at. Private beach. Quiet. Sunbed. 2mins ish walk from your hotel to the private beach by the hotel themselves. Or you can just chill by the pool enjoy the sunset too.
Just a 6mins-20mins to the nearby night market/cafe/ places to visit depending on what you want to do. Convenient location, pretty centralize to various stuff

もやしししThe staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I opted for the breakfast-included package, and the selection was huge and delicious – I stayed for 4 days and never got bored. The pho, in particular, was absolutely amazing! I had it all 4 days in a row 🍜. During my 4-night, 5-day stay, the cleaning service always provided fresh towels and enough water for everyone, which made for a very comfortable experience. The room was also exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect. As I mentioned at the beginning, all the hotel staff were smiling and very pleasant. When I ordered room service, my English wasn't perfect, but they came to my room right away, making the ordering process smooth. I would definitely love to stay here again!!!

This hotel claims to be five-star, but I don't think it meets the standard overall. The housekeeping staff didn't clean the dirty towels, they just added new ones. We had to ask them to clean the room the next day. The breakfast selection was limited. We booked a sea-view room, but the first one only had a small partial sea view. Thanks to the front desk staff who diligently helped us switch to a full sea-view room. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cool, and when I asked other guests nearby, they said their AC was working normally. Also, the bathroom and room are separated by a glass partition, and even with a curtain, you can still see what people are doing inside, which is very inconvenient.

Guest UserUnbeatable! Excellent facilities, friendly staff—most of whom speak English. The front desk was polite, and the breakfast was superb. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. The only minor downside is that the children's facilities, like the indoor playhouse, are just average. They also have desserts in the lobby.

Guest UserThe hotel's amenities are good, but the housekeeping is a letdown.
The hotel's location is great, close to the beach and Sonasea Night Market. The shuttle service is a big plus, and the breakfast is also good. However, the housekeeping service really needs improvement – it's too fast and careless. The hair trap in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the towel replenishment was often incorrect (this was a recurring issue since we had 14 people staying in two villas for four days). The biggest flaw was one day when housekeeping actually forgot to turn off the bathtub faucet. When we returned, we found the entire bathtub overflowing, with a lot of water spilling onto the bathroom floor. That was a serious failure!

Guest UserStaff were extremely helpful in all areas of the hotel. Room was cleaned daily to a high degree. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge selection of Asian and western dishes. Air conditioning needs improving in the buffet but was excellent in our room. Outdoor pool areas were great and very relaxing. Plenty of sun beds to go round.

Guest UserThe hygiene needs improvement. In the morning, before I went out for breakfast, I found a dead cockroach. I thought someone would clean it up later, so I didn't call the front desk. But when I came back after breakfast, it was still there. So, when I went out, I informed the front desk in the lobby about the dead cockroach and asked them to send someone to clean it up immediately. However, when I returned in the evening, it was still there and hadn't been cleaned. I had no choice but to use a tissue to pick it up myself.
