This hotel offers incredible value for money with excellent service. The views are stunning. Tucked away from residential areas, it's a peaceful oasis. The airport transfer service is very well-organized; they check your flight details and arrange a timely pickup/drop-off, and the driver was great, helping with luggage. The restaurant food is good, especially the fried rice. Their seafood pho for breakfast is even better than what you find outside, with really fresh seafood. Most beachfront hotels I've stayed at boast 'private beaches,' but this one is lovely. It's quiet by the sea, and they share the beach with local residents. From the balcony, you can watch local children playing on the beach and in the sea. Nature belongs to everyone, and it was wonderful to see adults and kids enjoying themselves there. Facilities: The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Restaurant food is slightly pricier than outside but not excessively so, and the ambiance is nice, offering decent value for money. Cleanliness: It's clean. The pool is regularly used, and staff are constantly cleaning around it. Ambiance: A quiet haven amidst the hustle and bustle, with incredibly beautiful sea views. Service: The airport transfer service is excellent, and the restaurant staff are warm and polite.

The front desk staff spoke English and were very nice. The hotel offered good value for money. I originally stayed for one day, but then extended my stay for two more. It's a short walk to the beach, and you can get a sea view from the 6th floor and above. Overall, a very satisfying hotel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc travelling as a large family group with young children. The villa setup was excellent for families, spacious, comfortable and great for spending time together while still having privacy. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful family-friendly touches during our stay. The resort itself is beautiful and very relaxing with plenty of pools, beach access and facilities to enjoy. One unexpected highlight for our kids was the daily complimentary Chocolate Hour at the lobby lounge from 3–4pm which quickly became part of our daily routine. We also loved the Elements Spa, the cocktails at Waverly Lounge and the overall relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. The location is a little more peaceful and removed from the busy central areas of Phu Quoc which we personally enjoyed, although you will likely use taxis/Grab if wanting to explore further around the island. Overall, a fantastic resort for families, groups or anyone wanting a relaxing beach holiday with excellent hospitality and good facilities. We would happily return.

Not the first time that I’ve stayed there but this time there was quite a bit of garbage in the water and on the beach. While the garbage was not the hotels waste, it was sad to be in the ocean with all of the plastic bags etc around. Many of the guests there put forth a strong effort to clean it up, and there was effort from the hotel staff as well to get what was washed up, but sadly we felt like more could have been done (ie sweeping the beach). We also would like to note that the service around the beach/pool could have been better because they were sold out of many options for our entire stay. All of this would not deter me from staying again. The rooms are amazing, the bathrooms absolutely incredible, breakfast is great, the grounds are gorgeous. But it was sad to see the lack of care regarding the ocean that could have been easily cleaned.

Everything felt cozy and calm, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the island atmosphere. The staff were sweet and welcoming throughout the stay, and the overall experience felt warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Phu Quoc ✨

We had a pleasant stay at Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort in Phu Quoc. One of the highlights was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The resort is also conveniently located only about 10–15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. There was a good variety of food available, and the selection changed slightly each day, which kept things interesting. Everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. One thing to note is that the hotel is not within walking distance of many restaurants or attractions, so we relied on Grab to get around. However, rides were easy to book and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Phu Quoc.

This hotel is perfect for family trips with multiple people. The location is absolutely incredible, facing the clock tower with fireworks views. There's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. An automatic elevator right outside makes it super convenient to explore all of Sunset Town. Remember to visit Time Corner beforehand to try their breadfest buffet – it's an amazing deal at 159,000 VND. Having explored the northern, central, and southern areas, Sunset Town in the south is definitely my favorite; it feels just like being in Venice.

The hotel's location is great, right by the main road. You can easily catch the Vinbus, and it's a short walk to King Kong Supermarket and various lively snack stalls. The paddleboarding at the hotel is excellent value for money, costing about 22 RMB for an hour. The beach is also a nice spot to relax. Service was just okay; only two bottles of water were provided per room. Breakfast was decent and quite varied.

GGuest UserFrom the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

VvivinhkIt's a bit old, but still very well-maintained. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport and they offer a shuttle service there and back. The breakfast is great, with pho and DIY banh mi. The front desk staff are all very friendly and patient. I'd definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserGood to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

WWanjiejie0420Pros: If you're looking for a quiet place to simply 'lie flat' and relax, without needing to go out or have amenities nearby, this hotel offers decent value for money. The northern part of Phu Quoc Island is indeed tranquil and perfect for unwinding. Cons and Warnings: 1. **Extremely Remote Location** The hotel is in the northern part of Phu Quoc Island, with virtually no dining options or other facilities nearby. Getting around is very inconvenient. Finding local food is almost impossible, and taxi fares to any destination are expensive due to the long distances. 2. **Airport Transfer Service** The 'airport transfer' provided by the hotel is actually a free shuttle bus with fixed schedules. If you miss a bus, you'll have to take a taxi to the hotel yourself, which costs about 100 RMB (approximately $14 USD). It's advisable to confirm your flight schedule aligns with the shuttle times in advance. 3. **Room Choice Matters Significantly** My ground floor room (1106) had a mediocre view; there was hardly anything to see. I recommend requesting a higher-floor sea view room for a much better outlook. 4. **Facility Issues Not Properly Addressed** The sink in my room leaked for two days. I reported it to the hotel, but no compensation or practical solution was offered, which was a very poor experience. Summary and Recommendations: * **Suitable for**: Guests who don't prioritize location, simply want a quiet rest, and have no plans to go out – the 'pure lie-flat' type of traveler. * **Not suitable for**: Travelers who value convenient transportation, nearby amenities, and responsive service. * **If you choose to stay**: Make sure to confirm the airport shuttle schedule and try to book a higher-floor sea view room.

包姆The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale. I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice. But the hardware and maintenance were really three star max.

HhaitFor just over 1,000, you get a 200-square-meter private villa with a massive private pool – you probably won't find another deal like this in Phu Quoc. Our first lunch, we took a taxi out, but later that night we tried the hotel's main restaurant. To our surprise, it was actually quite good value for money (initially, I had the prejudice that all hotel restaurants are overpriced and bad). The food was better than what we found in town, and the prices weren't outrageous. We ordered pizza, spring rolls, juice, etc., and it was only around 80 RMB per person for a filling meal. The spring rolls were the best we'd had in all the restaurants we tried in Vietnam, and there was even a free fire dance show! The breakfast was also delicious. I easily devoured two bowls of pho, and the watermelon juice was freshly squeezed and chilled, definitely not watered down. The hotel has its own app where you can message the front desk, and it even offers automatic translation. This is fantastic, especially for introverts like me who prefer not to make calls in English. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It was a much better experience than the private pool villa we rented on Airbnb – the professional service you get at a hotel really makes a difference.

EErickTo summarize ”Chez Carole” failed to impress me. I stayed 6 days early November. As mentioned by other reviewers there is a lot of potential but... The beach and the tranquility are definitely a plus. The beach is nothing extraordinary but it is ideal if you just want to relax and enjoy ”farniente”. However there long chairs are far from comfortable. Plain hard and heavy wood (or good imitation) with nothing on top to soften the contact ;-) There are a couple of ”kayaks” and 2 ”surf” boards to use for free. What I missed most in the hotel was facing caring and welcoming employees. There was no hello, no good morning (except at the restaurant for breakfast and even there not always) or good day. Mostly no eye contact. With very very few exceptions the staff was distant, not welcoming and, well, not helping really. John the manager does his job professionally but I missed a deeper contact. Chinh in charge of the egg station (very good omelets) and pho was great and fun and helpful. So was Thienh (?) in the kitchen cooking wonderful plates with fish for me every night. A bright smile. A desire to please guests. Genuinely. I loved that ... and of course the food he prepared. Tâm in the restaurant was also very professional and helpful. These guys helped me feel better at the resort. Hospitality throughout Vietnam is absolutely great so my experience ”chez Carole” surprised me quite a bit. Overall the resort feels old and just maintained to survive. Dull in my opinion but, agreed, this is very personal. Also it is obviously in a remote place. It is some 2 or 3 Km walk/drive to the closest village therefore renting a motorbike or using Grab (or just asking the hotel for taxi) can be something to consider. Btw the closest Vinbus (free electric buses throughout the island, running every 15 minutes or so) stop is roughly 4 Km from the resort. I booked one of the cheapest rooms. Spacious with a desk, a good sized fridge, a locker and an efficient air conditioning system. Weird enough the fridge would only work with the key in the key holder. So taking the key with you would shut down power (electricity) for all devices, including the fridge. Not ideal to keep anything cool in the fridge when leaving for the day... The breakfast was nothing exceptional I found, especially for guests suffering from food ”incompatibilities” (in my case ”sugary” items because of diabetes due to surgery). For ”normal” people the spread was quite good with a large sweet section (breads, cakes, fruits). Unless you really want it quiet, secluded, next to a beach and with an affinity for more ”traditional” housing architecture resp. feeling with an interesting pricing, you may want to also consider other options.
