I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Excellent hotel and excellent food. The breakfast was amazing and it was beautiful n comfortable hotel.

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional. My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

Its was nice night there. Saff was very friendly and food is awesome. I’m highly recommend to stay there.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

Room type facilities are average, service is better! Nice restaurant

Location is good, quite neighbourhood itself for good sleep, but a few minutes by walking to a shopping mall with everything. Quite clean rooms and good service. Only 1 aspect should improve is the facilities, I think the hot water is not 24 hours.

Lot of disturbance because of carpentry work carried out at adjacent room around 10pm.
