*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guestâs room type during their stay*
This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality.
I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10.
When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14.
On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us.
The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guestâs room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable.
When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us.
When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false.
I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotelâs reputation.
I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Hotel Luxe Manor lives up to its name, offering a blend of convenience and luxury that makes it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay close to the airport. While the proximity is a major selling point, it's the quality of the hotel itself that elevates the experience beyond just a convenient location.
What I Loved:
Location, Location, Location: This is the obvious winner. Being minutes from the airport, it's ideal for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The convenience factor alone alleviates a lot of travel stress.
Luxurious Ambiance: Stepping inside, you're transported to a world of elegance and sophistication. The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. This isn't your typical sterile airport hotel.
Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions.
Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel.
Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining.
Potential Drawbacks:
Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience.
Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this.
Limited âLocalâ Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions.
Overall:
Hotel Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and convenient airport hotel. The combination of its prime location, elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a standout option. While the price point may be higher than other airport hotels, the added value and stress-free experience are well worth the investment. I highly recommend Hotel Luxe Manor for anyone looking to start or end their journey in style and comfort.
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

KeshMahinder SinghMy wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm.
Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special.
We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread....
Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !!
Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us.
Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality.
Well done ji đ

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Convenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive.
The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay.
The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool.
If you donât want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

Memory HallMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room.
Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue.
The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardosâapologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was truly outstanding. The team ensured a smooth and efficient check-in, reflecting a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout my stay, the staff remained courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and designed with a modern and elegant touch, offering both comfort and functionality. The dining experience was excellent. The food was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes and preferences. Every meal reflected quality and care in preparation. Its prime location in Aerocity, close to the airport, adds significant value, especially for travelers seeking convenience and accessibility.
Overall, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity delivers a refined hospitality experience with exceptional service standards. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot.
Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!
