AAnonymous UserService: The receptionists were incredibly patient and attentive, providing excellent service. They showed me bus routes, helped me book a taxi, and offered the hotel's bicycle rental service – perfect! I also apologize for the inconvenience I caused the hotel due to my own negligence; it was a lifesaver! I haven't used cash in China for over ten years, I'll be more mindful in the future.
Environment: The pictures show the nearby Tsukuba Library and HAL events.
Environment: There's a coffee shop on the first floor connecting area. I strongly advise all tourists to avoid it. A tiny cup of coffee, about 100ml, costs nearly 700 yen – seven times the price of a vending machine! The service is also terrible. No wonder no Japanese people drink there; the surrounding area is mostly used for studying. The food area was empty for several days. I felt ripped off (this has nothing to do with the hotel, just a warning to avoid this coffee shop).

AAnonymous UserOlder hotel, located 3 kilometers away from Chaolaihuoshi Station, the room is large in size. In addition to the large bath, it provides a loan cut. Facing the river, you can watch the sunset and soak in the soup. It is very leisurely and free, the front desk service is in place and thoughtful, and the underground lobby provides free coffee. But there is room for improvement in hygiene

GGuest UserMy family of four stayed here on September 14, 2025. There were quite a few foreign tourists, but it wasn't crowded and we had a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel had a very luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The air conditioning was so strong that it was almost cold inside. The room had a modern feel, and the bathroom and toilet were made of transparent tempered glass. The double sink was nice.

LLaidenamushenbuhaiThe room is very beautiful, classic Japanese room. Although the hotel is very old but quite clean. The hot spring on the top floor of the hotel can watch the sunset, which is more recommended. Near the hotel is the water town Chaolai Park, it feels very good.

YYymzI stayed with family and friends, and the environment was quite nice, with a bright and cheerful lobby. The seaside location ensures fresh air, and you can watch the sunrise with your family (watching the sun slowly rise from the sea 🌞). It's also convenient for getting around, with the nearest bus stop only a two or three-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

ヨヨツチ日立多賀駅まで徒歩10分くらいで近いです。大通りから少しはいりとても静かです。車駐車場が斜めの所で辛かった。部屋は綺麗、朝食は美味しいでした。
