Lively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

Guest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

Guest UserWe stayed on the 26th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. Our room also had an air purifier with a humidifying function, which was really practical. The cleanliness was spot on. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of Osaka, making shopping and dining, whether in malls or small shops, fantastic. The malls also have great discounts in the evenings, which is super convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs from the theater, and we just hopped on it for a quick nap and were at Kansai T1 in no time. Staying here makes getting around incredibly easy.

Guest UserThe room was spotless and smelled fresh. I was initially worried if I'd have space to open my suitcase, but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is super close to two different subway stations and also to Shinsaibashi. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby!

IvypclHad a pleasant stay at Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu. The hotel is within walking distance of Shinsaibashi, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Most of the food options are around the Shinsaibashi area, which is just a short walk away.
One of the things I appreciated most was its location in a quieter area, away from the crowds and noise, while still being close enough to the main attractions. The room was spacious by Osaka standards, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight, featuring both a bathtub and a separate standing shower, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Osaka.

XianxianThe hotel is conveniently located between Honmachi and Sakaisuji-Honmachi stations, both about 500-600 meters away. It's also not far from Shinsaibashi, with plenty of trendy shops nearby to explore. A great bonus is the hotel's public bath – perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue after a long city walk. It's really quite nice.

Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day.
Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere.
Onsen was great and not too busy.
Will definitely stay here again.

5renbangMy friend recommended this hotel for several reasons:
1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person.
2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit.
3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel.
4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service).
5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing.
6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating.
7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day.
8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient.
9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout.
10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!

Anonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line.
However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever.
Overall a good stay for its price!
