If you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

Guest UserFirst time taking my partner to Busselton, we loved everything about the resort. Small walk past the pools,BBQ area and children's playground and you are right on the beach. Ground's were immaculate, beautiful foyer that lead into two very sophisticated bar's and restaurants that overlooked the pool's leading straight down to the pristine sand and ocean. Two outdoor pools with an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. Two restaurants and two bar's. Very well laid out accommodation and the service was outstanding. Be very happy to come back again and highly recommend staying here.

Anonymous UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel's exterior architecture is quite distinctive. The location is excellent, making it convenient to walk to both the pier and the World Heritage Site prison.

We had a lovely little stay here, the view from our room was just stunning, the bed was super comfy and an ACTUAL KING… it’s been a while since we’ve stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t a gap in the bed as it was just 2 singles pushed together!! The spa was wonderful, we booked in for an hour and it was so relaxing, I’d highly recommend! It’s a great location too, just on the beach with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. We loved watching all the surfers in the morning! Overall a fab stay and we will definitely be back

Guest UserHonest feedback, the room is clean location wise fantastic, but the room doesn’t have noise proof seriously noisy can here next door and the people at the second floor when opening and closing doors dragging luggage moving things around voice and stuff seriously can’t have peaceful night. Hope they do something about it. If given a chance to book in this hotel again definitely not the ground floor rooms.

When I booked the room I first asked for an accessible room (none available). Advised other room is accessible though. There was lots of room which was good. I did mention when looking at bed that it was very high, we dropped out bags and went out for the afternoon. I am in a wheelchair needing 24/7 oxygen
My husband set up oxygen, there was no way I could get on the bed it was way too high. I ended up getting very upset wrecking the one night we’ve been away in a long time. I tried sleeping on the lounge but couldn’t as everything ached. I was even more upset and we decided we go home or we wouldn’t get any sleep. The receptionist was very nice to me and told me there was an accessible room available, firstly that made me angry, but I kept it in developing a lot of anxiety and I broke down. The accessible room still had the very high bed. My husband went to get the car and we were helped out.
I would like a refund of some sort please as room was not suitable and I had to drive home.i had already taken my night medication which makes you sleepy so I really shouldn’t of driven but I had no choice.
Please have some compassion

The room is generally clean. On the first day of check-in, there were cigarette butts from the previous guest in the room, with wine stains on the ashtray and the small table on the terrace. The floor of the room was not very clean either. The other facilities can only be described as acceptable. The swimming pool is not big, and hotel breakfast is usually at your own expense. The location is excellent. In conclusion, HKD$2xxx per night is a low value for money, but considering the Easter holiday, and the fact that I decided to book a hotel a week before departure, this was the only option I had. But I won't stay there next time

You should definitely book a room on the sunset side to enjoy the views of yachts and the blue ocean. We booked a sunrise room, but it was separated from the sea by a road, so the view wasn't great. Parking costs 15 AUD per day. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. This meant going up and down a lot, which was a bit inconvenient. The shower pressure was low, and there weren't enough trash cans, but thankfully we brought extra trash bags. Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as the facilities are a bit dated but still clean. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to Pier B. It can get quite windy and chilly in the mornings and evenings. The surrounding restaurants are all pretty good.

We have recently stayed at Seashells Resort, Cable Beach, in a 1 Bedroom King Apartment for 4 nights.
This resort is in a great location. It is walking distance to Cable Beach. There is a bus stop directly outside the resort to catch the bus into Broome town.
The apartment is very comfortable. The living area has air-conditioning & a ceiling fan, as does the bedroom.
The kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster & kettle, it also has a cooking facilities with hot plates & a microwave.
There is a full size fridge. A comfortable dining table & lounges to watch the TV. Outside has an outdoor setting & a ceiling fan.
There are outdoor communal BBQs with outdoor settings to enjoy your BBQ.
The pool area is very nice with a lot of pool lounges.
If you have a car there is parking available.
The only downside is the shower is in the bath, but this didn't detract from our stay.
We would definitely return to this resort.

Guest UserMy partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom Chalet. The verandah railing would not support a child if leaned on - one section had come away and has been left for some time not repaired. The Queen bed was on rollers and scooted across the room if bumped. The bed was only just acceptable and VERY cheap. The floors in bathroom and toilet need a good bleaching and the uprights on the shower have rusted to the point where there is a sizeable whole that you could cut yourself on - the shower door handle was snapped off. For nearly $250 per night it was VERY disappointing and we will not stay again. The other cabin we hired was a gift for frineds and that had lights and switches that did not work and an ant infestation which got into the food and no offer of replacement - the office just handed a can of spray over and sent us to do the spraying.
