The main building's rooms are a bit old, which is understandable given it's over a century-old hotel. However, the convenience of being able to go downstairs for a hot spring bath is great. The outdoor pool's temperature is a bit low, suitable for kids to splash around, while the indoor small round pool is high-temperature, perfect for adults. The hotel faces a large, scenic lake, and there's an authentic German restaurant by the lake that serves delicious pork knuckle.

No breakfast, but a simple kitchen, you can help yourself. The hotel is an ordinary motel with simple and functional facilities. The scenery is really good. The hotel is conveniently located next to the road.

Black Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse. It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino. Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony. I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

The room was a good size for three people. The surrounding area was quite empty, and some supermarkets closed early. The hotel was clean, and the service was good. There's a popular steak restaurant nearby, and you'll have to wait in line, as the portions are quite large.

In addition to some twists and turns in the reservation, the hotel began to say that it did not receive the money, and later found that I had set the water view, but the order received by the hotel was a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference. Later, it was finally solved. After I checked in, I found that there was actually a good view of No. 58, and the sound of the sea was not noisy. Others were either blocked by trees or too close to the water. Choosing water views is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There is no restaurant near the hotel, so I choose to dine at the hotel and the taste is OK. Breakfast is also ok.

Here’s a sample hotel review you can use or adjust depending on your experience: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at Three Lake Valley Chateau and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is truly beautiful surrounded by lakes and mountains, it’s perfect for anyone who loves nature and wants a peaceful getaway. The views from the property are stunning, especially in the morning and at sunset. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with enough space for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, and I appreciated the small touches like fresh linens and toiletries provided. Service was friendly and accommodating staff were helpful with check-in and quick to answer questions. The atmosphere of the hotel is more rustic than luxury, so if you’re looking for a five-star city-style experience, this may feel simpler. However, it fits perfectly with the natural setting. One thing to note: during warmer days, the lack of air conditioning can make the rooms a little warm, but opening the windows at night brings in a nice cool breeze. Overall, Three Lake Valley Chateau is a lovely place for families, couples, or anyone wanting to unwind by the water and explore the surrounding area. I’d recommend it for its scenery, peaceful vibe

Nestled in the serene and picturesque landscape of Victoria, British Columbia, Oak Bay Beach Hotel offers an experience that seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and stunning natural beauty. My stay at this boutique seaside hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Location and Ambiance: The location is a standout feature. Perched on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, the hotel provides breathtaking views of the water and the surrounding gardens. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio or enjoying a dip in the mineral pools, the scenery is always mesmerizing. The hotel’s architecture and decor exude a timeless elegance, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Rooms and Amenities: The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. My suite was equipped with a cozy fireplace, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s decor and amenities, from the high-quality linens to the locally sourced toiletries, enhanced the overall experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.
