The Blue Mountains in autumn are another attraction. The weather was perfect for kids' activities. It was nice that the accommodation I stayed in was close to the activity center.
the location is great for us, no traffic noise, close enough restaurants and the breakfast was good and love the latter check out. the only thing that could improve is the noise from the flag pole out front. it was windy the night of our stay and the flag weight was bangging on the pole. the weight could be wrapped in rubber to eliminate the noise.
Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

Overall, stay is OK.
If you are in Niagara fall, you want a place to sleep and shower and pay a not so exorbitant price. This place serves its purpose.
Nothing out of the extraordinary and nothing that is unacceptable.
One red bus ride to the fall directing is that you don't want to take your car to the congested fall area.

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to answer questions and meet our needs (e.g. extra blankets as we felt cold during the rainy season). The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is nicely located and is very close to the restaurants, shops and the cable car station. Highly recommended.

DDr CushThe location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.
AA TrefzgerPerfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.
GGuest UserGreat location to stay with hood food and service.
Do not book there through trip.com as they advised trip.Com piggy backs on other companies and gives you good rates but not for the upper quality room you supposedly book. We were advised the Inn was trying to get away from trip.Com so customers and them are not caught by this issue and trip.Com then does not receive calls in English to review this with them.
何何No breakfast, you can go to the restaurant next to it, it tastes good. Convenient parking, next to the highway, the traffic is very convenient. The room facilities are old and there is a small swimming pool, the children like it very much.
WWang 王The hotel provided excellent service! On the day of my departure, the owner kindly offered me a free ride to Kingston, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!
