I found a hotel really close to the scenic spots, and the environment was great. It's right by Xinghai Square, and downstairs is the riverside, from which you can walk to the beach. The location is truly excellent. My room overlooked the square, but the fountain isn't operating anymore, though there's still a light show. I stayed for two days and had a very good experience. The room was quite clean, and most importantly, the the service was also very good. They provided me with steam eye masks and disposable bath towels. The room amenities were also pretty comprehensive. Overall, I really liked the location; it was convenient for getting everywhere. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Facilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

The location is average, but as a new hotel in the same price range, its advantages are obvious. The bathroom shower is very comfortable; it's great to take a hot shower after returning from the beach. It also comes with charging cables and USB charging ports, smart control, and a large TV that can screen mirror. The room was exceptionally warm, definitely exceeding expectations, offering great value for money! The relative downside is that daily cleaning wasn't very thorough; sometimes mineral water wasn't replenished, and the bed was only made without a detailed cleaning. However, the front desk was always responsive to requests. Water and takeout could even be delivered to the room by a robot, so that was acceptable. Also, the vanity mirror was stuck to the wall and kept falling off. Finally, regarding the key card for electricity: it seems you must use the room key card here; a regular card won't work. In that case, I'd suggest the hotel proactively provides multiple room cards when multiple guests are checking in.

Definitely recommend this hotel! The breakfast was varied and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque riverside, perfect for a stroll. There is no need to worry about parking, it is very convenient. Moreover, the hotel's sanitary environment is well maintained, making people feel very comfortable and the living experience is great!

The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. Stepping into the therapeutic poetic scenery by the Xinghai Sea, Qing Song Ya Ju was an absolute delight!. Choosing Qing Song Ya Ju (Dalian Xinghai Square Store) was the luckiest decision of our Dalian trip. This hidden gem, ranking fourth on Liaoning's boutique B&B list, takes ocean views and quality to the extreme. The moment we stepped out of the car, we were drawn in by its minimalist, new Chinese-style charm. The courtyard was lush with greenery, and opening the door instantly shut out the city's hustle and bustle, truly embodying a serene escape amidst the lively city. The sea-view room we stayed in was a delightful surprise. The 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framed the beauty of Xinghai Bay like a moving painting. We watched the cross-sea bridge span the ocean during the day and drifted to sleep with the sound of waves at night. Even while soaking in the bath, we could gaze at the shimmering water. The 2.2-meter king-size bed, adorned with high-end linens, felt incredibly soft, like sinking into clouds. Thoughtful details like a smart toilet and a lighted vanity mirror were everywhere, and even the toiletries exuded a sense of refinement. The service was incredibly heartwarming. The private Chinese-style terrace served as an excellent vantage point. In the evening, we watched the orange sunset over the sea, and at night, we enjoyed the light show. Every photo we took was a masterpiece destined to go viral on social media. Just a five-minute walk directly to Xinghai Square, making it convenient to go anywhere. With such incredible views, service, and location, this B&B is undoubtedly the top choice for accommodation in Dalian! There was even a delightful parting gift.

Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel contacted us a day before check-in to confirm our travel plans and even prepared a thoughtful setup with wine for us. From check-in to check-out, the staff's service was consistently warm, professional, and responsive. A big thank you to front desk staff Kailey and Ricky, and to Crystal, the Front Office Manager. My girlfriend said Crystal's daily greetings made us feel a sense of belonging in a place over 2,000 kilometers away from home. Yesterday, we happened to catch the room next door being cleaned. My girlfriend was very curious about the layout of that room, so she asked the housekeeping staff if we could take a look. The housekeeping attendant was very friendly and generously showed us what the views were like from the other side of the hotel. A special thanks to Shenghong from housekeeping. We are really looking forward to staying at the Grand Hyatt again on our next vacation. While the views are shared by the city, it's your service that truly makes the Grand Hyatt stand out.

The main reason for coming here is that the hotel is five-star and the conditions are quite good. There are two other reasons, one is the hot springs and the other is to see the sea. In fact, with the gradual completion of the construction of the seaside, this sea is no longer beautiful. At a glance, it is not an endless sea, but more breakwaters. I feel sorry for the hotel. When I first came to this hotel, it was really good, very good, but now I feel a little sorry. But it is worth mentioning that the hotel has a gym, swimming pool, lounge, jade plate hot kang, which is very good, and there are free breakfasts for two. The hot springs can be circulated, and you can rest after soaking, and then go again. The bathtub in the room is very large, and you can also take a bath, which is very worthwhile.

Really wonderful service. The manager was so wonderful, she even added our wechat so we had direct communication with her. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. we had our own hot spring in our villa, it was easy to use and so relaxing. The resort itself was lovely . Will definitely go back for another staycation
