The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are very comfortable.

Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from. However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the main attractions of Cadiz, you can just walk, and it is not expensive to take a taxi from the train station, 10 euros is enough. There are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets around, it is very convenient to eat and shop, and it is also very close to the central market. The reception staff are very friendly, the room is large and quiet, with all kitchen utensils, you can do whatever you want. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time I go to Cadiz

The room facilities are quite old, the bed is very hard, the TV is very mini, and the room is very small, 15 square meters, but the beach is downstairs, and the transportation is very convenient! Dinghai Seaview Room has a great view of the sea, and the swimming pool upstairs is also superb

To spend a few days with the family the hotel can be recommended. The food is the weak point. The quality is not bad but it has no flavor.

Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

This hotel is conveniently located between the bus/train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit dated (especially the bathroom). The pool/spa section was nice and clean but there are not male/female locker-changing rooms so it’s a bit strange. The staff were friendly and helpful, we requested late checkout and they accepted it no problem. Altogether, this is a good hotel.
