Beach Hotels in Azores, Portugal

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

I loved the accommodation, I was in an apartment and our room was cleaned every day. The perfect location because it was in the middle of the island, however you always need a car. There is a supermarket 15 minutes away by car. Incredible views and very good service. I would undoubtedly repeat.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

The environment is very good, next to the sea, the hotel is a bit modern, but the overall experience is still good, it is suitable for vacationing with family and friends, not far from the city.

Nice hotel, excellent quality/price, 5* service and comfort, very good breakfast, with a lot of variety and very good products. The only thing they could try to improve is the internet, which doesn't get a good signal in the rooms. On the rest floor (reception, breakfast room, bar, etc.) you get a good signal, but in the rooms the signal is very weak. But regardless of that, the hotel is very pleasant, as is its staff. I recommend it.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Vom Garten aus guckt man direkt auf Pico. Super Service und gutes Frühstück. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit.

The hotel is quite old, but with an atmosphere. Pleasant staff. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, in front of the hotel there are wonderful sunset views. The rooms are spacious but the beds are a little sagging - one was tolerable and the other quite uncomfortable. Of the minuses-poor soundproofing and noisy maids in the morning. The breakfast is decent - nothing fancy, but the choice is large and the food is tasty. Directly under the hotel there is a police station and on Saturday evening they stopped all the cars in a row - they checked for alcohol or drugs.

Très bien situé pour se promener à travers d’Horta à pied. Le chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables mais mériteraient un peu de rafraîchissement.
