Beach Hotels in Kalmar county, Sweden

Overall good in all areas but at the same time we missed that little extra. The breakfast was good but not superb. The service was good, but at the same time they forgot something we had asked for. The water containers with drinking water were empty during the afternoon coffee and right up until dinner. Newspaper shelves were there but gaping empty.

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with some small improvements. The room was clean and okay, the beds very comfortable – soft, well-tapped and ideal for a relaxing sleep. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent and did not leave any wishes open. The location of the hotel is also very good. However, there were some difficulties in check-in: We were sent by the receptionist to a hotel parking place which was already fully documented due to an event. Unfortunately, we were not told, so we were in the rain and had to look after a solution. An earlier point or an alternative would have been very helpful here. In addition, the toilet paper was forgotten when cleaning the room so we had to buy ourselves what. No big problem, but avoidable. All in all, the hotel is recommended, especially because of the great beds, excellent breakfast and the good location. With a little more attention and proactive information by the staff, the stay could be even more pleasant.

Super experience all around. Smiling and helpful staff. Cosy and spacy room. Excellent concept with morning and evening meals included. Wont hesitate coming back.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive.

Mycket bra läge i Kalmar, nära till allt. Mysigt gammalt hotel med anor från två sekel bakåt i tiden. Mycket bra personal och trevlig. Andra gången vi bodde här och kommer att fortsätta att vara mitt hotel i Kalmar

Great location, had a room with a view of the harbor, beds were ok, lobby and reception were good, cleanliness and service in the breakfast restaurant were bad, dirty tables, no clearing and cleaning of the tables and !!! CHAIRS !!! Panorama window in the restaurant very dirty

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Skansen. Fick efter ett byte ett så fint rum! Personalen var så tillmötesgående, trevliga och glada!! Vi återkommer absolut när ett bra erbjudande kommer! 😀
