It was good ! Clean rooms, nice pool view. Nicely located near the beach. I was super surprised to find a huge food market full of great options! The Food village was the highlight. Don’t rely on the breakfast at the hotel if you’re a foodie! It was pretty simple and had not many options. The staff was responsive and kind!
The worst part was the clubs that were playing music till 4am! I couldn’t sleep. I had no idea but upon check in the receptionist told me that. I didn’t imagine it that bad.
Before coming to Tunisia, I didn’t do any research or rent a car. I only booked a room for two days out of a four-day trip. I decided to go there first. As a result, when I checked into the hotel, I met the hotel customer service manager who could speak Chinese, a Tunisian guy named Julian. Julian was very hospitable and used his two-day vacation to drive us around and taste all kinds of Tunisian food. Julian made our trip to Tunisia very successful. The trip without any research turned out to be the most surprising adventure. When you go to Tunisia, stay at the Movenpick Hotel Gammarth and find the customer service manager Julian. He will help you with everything.
Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.
If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
The early morning flight, to Carthage Airport less than 5 o'clock, first went to the blue town to visit, did not sleep all night, toured greatly, can go to the hotel. It was too early, I slept on the hotel sofa for 2 hours and finally entered the room. The room is quite big, the bathroom is quite big, the facilities are complete, although there is no intelligence, but everything is worthy of the five-star title, it can be said to be a luxury hotel. The breakfast is quite rich, except for the slightly insufficient meat products, there is nothing to fault. The hotel is facing the sea, the sea breeze is very strong, walking outside, slightly cool. The hotel is equipped with mineral water, slippers, etc., and everyone is very satisfied with the first night in Tunisia.
Amazing house. Everything was perfect. The view on the sea, the sound of the waves, the private swimming pool. One of the best houses I've ever been at. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.
The environment of this hotel is still very good, just by the sea, the sea view room, the balcony is very beautiful, the facilities in the room are also good, the hotel is relatively new, but the service is really powerless, when the pool is resting I borrowed a lighter from the waiter and said that I wouldn’t borrow if I didn’t consume the food. I really felt funny!
The service was outstanding. Four Seasons class, plus. Facilities also excellent. Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

IIsa VANHôtel très bien situé près du site de Carthage et de la mer.
Le personnel est très sympathique !
Seul bémol : les soirées avec la musique à fond qui empêchent de dormir le soir 😏
