The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!

The hotel is beautiful, and the housekeeper and reception service are very thoughtful. In terms of room settings, the bathroom window of the twin room is fully transparent, separated only by blinds, so please pay attention if you mind. The stone pot chicken and ******* food in the restaurant are also great. After returning from Sosong, I finally ate authentic stone pot chicken. It is a restaurant that does not step on thunder. Recommended~

The service was excellent and the facilities were comprehensive. Since it was the off-season, they generously upgraded our room. We had a direct view of the Potala Palace, which was fantastic. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to previous reviews; the à la carte Western options, for my personal taste, were a bit like 'dark cuisine' (a humorous way to say it was badly made or unappetizing).

Looking at the decor, you can tell it must have been beautiful when it was first built, with distinct ******* characteristics. It basically has all the facilities and services a five-star hotel should offer. However, the problem is that after so many years, the facilities are just too old. The cabinet doors don't close properly, the seating cushions are heavily worn, the old-fashioned toilet is very difficult to use, and the glass is foggy – I'm not sure if it's dirty or just aged. I chose a room with a Potala Palace view, but the cloudy glass really spoiled the experience. There were even leftover toenails from previous guests on the carpet, which was quite disgusting. I also have to mention the mini-bar. There were only 6 cans of Coke and Sprite, with no price tags. I assumed they were complimentary, but when I asked, they were 18 yuan each. Seriously, I've stayed in many five-star hotels. If a mini-bar is going to charge, please at least stock it with sparkling water, orange juice, and beer (if not wine or sparkling wine) to look more professional. If you only have these few bottles, either be generous and offer them for free, or just remove them. The current approach feels a bit cheap. Overall, this hotel definitely needs a renovation.

This hotel is unexpectedly good, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the oxygen supply is strong. Although the altitude is high, the oxygen is strong and I don’t feel altitude sickness. The hotel staff are also enthusiastic and responsible, and the breakfast and supper are also delicious. I will stay here again when I come to Nagqu in the future.

Whether during check-in or dining, any requests were promptly addressed and resolved, making me feel completely at ease. The overall environment is comfortable, and the service is considerate. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lhasa who wants a comfortable stay with convenient access to views. Highly recommended.

Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!

The hotel is in a great location. You can directly see the main peak of Nanga Bawa from the room. You can have afternoon tea and watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all are intelligent voice control, the mattress is very comfortable, and very clean, the room is large, the toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet, more advanced than the one in my house, can be remote control, remote control smart toilet This is very suitable for me, Because I'm hard on the toilet on the ordinary. We went to the hotel and gave us a free upgrade of the room type, and also sent welcome fruit. The hotel minibar's Coke Qixi, soda water mineral water is free to drink, breakfast variety is many, taste is also very good, this price is very worth it. And one thing worthy of praise is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Huiting Hotel Lhasa. The price is 80 yuan cheaper than the above. This service can be praised. I will stay here next time I travel to Shannan.

There are many dining options nearby, including markets, supermarkets, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel also provided evening porridge, milk, and small bread, which I slept soundly after. Due to time constraints, I didn't stay an extra day, which is a shame. I will definitely return to your hotel when I visit Ngari next year, and I'll definitely choose Hilton again if I ever find one.
