GGuest UserMooi luxe hotel. Onthaal en service zijn uitstekend. De kamers zijn ruim en heel schoon. Ook het personeel is goed en erg klantvriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed maar mag gevarieerder. Ik zou er zeker terugkomen.

DDongdongThe location is excellent, there is not much traffic jam in the city, and the breakfast is rich. The guests are quite satisfied with the accommodation this time. It would be even better if there is Chinese food. It is recommended to introduce a Chinese restaurant.

GGuest UserStaying at the Novotel was a fascinating experience in terms of the location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the services provided by staff across the board, starting from the cleaners, technical staff, bar and restaurant staff and the reception personnel. They are all always ready to bend over backwards to satisfy hotel clients. They always do their work with a smile.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

MMireille69Beautiful place to stay, the rooms are very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast with so many choices. The only problem is the noise coming from outside (the market or street) as the hotel is located in a very busy commercial area. Apart from that, can’t wait to go back. Thanks

DDramaI had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the price is very cost-effective in the capital of Kinshasa, unless you want to stay in a local small hotel; secondly, it is not as other reviews said (maybe improved), the staff are very enthusiastic, and if you have any questions, the lobby manager downstairs will help. Help solve the problem; as for the lack of breakfast varieties, I think it’s okay. It’s not a big problem if you’re full. There are breads, fruits, and staple food. After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .
