Hotels With Breakfast in Heredia, Costa Rica

The room was large, but the decor was a bit dated and needed renovation. The room arranged by the front desk overlooked the swimming pool, with beautiful views both morning and evening. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport; exit from Gate 4 as shown in the picture, and wait for the bus. You need to contact Ctrip customer service in advance to make a reservation; buses run hourly. Since I was the only guest picked up yesterday, it was practically a private car! The hotel has a restaurant and a supermarket. There's a food court across the street, but you need to cross a pedestrian bridge. Those with a fear of heights will need to be brave. The front desk staff speaks English, but most other hotel staff only speak Spanish. Overall, it was excellent!

I had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

The room is spacious and comfortable, although it needs some updates due to strong signs of use. The shower in the bathroom is not closed so it sinks all the flor after showering. The breakfast is very good with some variety. The location only suits if you want to stay near the airport. It takes some time (around 30 minutes) to get to San José. For a Radison brand hotel, it needs a big general refurbishment.

Even though we were only there for one night the staff were wonderful! The gentleman behind the desk carried our bags to the room when we checked in just after midnight. The staff at the restaurant in the morning were very kind and explained everything for us and the lady that checked us out was very sweet. All in all a wonderful stay

The perfect airport hotel - clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and brilliant breakfast(seriously, the best I had on my trip). Be wary of that there can be a huge wait if you’re planning on taking the shuttle service to the hotel…San Jose traffic means it’s often very delayed!

Nice hotel not far from SJO. In Belen more upscale part of San Jose. Rooms are big but could be a little cleaner. Service in the bar and restaurant wasn’t great. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. ****** is nothing to write home about. Other than that stay was good.

Very close to the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver who picked us up was 10/10, very friendly and provided tips for travelers. Clean rooms. Good breakfast included. Good value for money. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom air extractor or a window that can be opened, due to the musty smell after taking a shower.

There's a Starbucks, a Spanish restaurant, and a small supermarket right next to the hotel. You can walk to nearby restaurants in just a few minutes. It's located in a relatively safe area of ​​San Jose, so walking around before late at night is no problem.

Lovely place, large room, all amenities, nice breakfast, and really friendly helpful staff, just a short taxi to city centre, I'd stay here again.
