I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

We were booked day by day, booked day by day, arrived in the evening and settled for 1 night. PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort.

The owner is very kind. It was my bad day but the owner made me happy. I didn't bring any cash but the owner took me to the ATM and stopped by the supermarket for me to buy some food. I highly recommend this place. The owner even lit the fireplace for me. It's a warm place and you can cook. The owner is a kind and lovely person. I am very happy to stay here!

Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. Disadvantages: The facilities are old, and the shower in the bathroom is extremely difficult to use. The water is either cold or hot like a pig. It took more than 20 minutes to adjust the water to the desired temperature.

The room is small, the bed is very narrow, less than one meter wide, and you need a key to open the door, there is no room card. The room is not soundproof, there are cows, sheep and dogs at the back, and the barking of dogs is very loud. The breakfast is simple and replenished quickly.

The room is small, comfortable, skiing is convenient, you can slide in and out of the hotel, the snow field is good, suitable for beginners, the breakfast is rich, and the red wine is very good. The hotel's open-air hot pool is a highlight. If a family brings children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small, and children can play enough.

酒店員工很貼心很友善。就算只有2-3房客，早餐也完全不馬虎，味道還可以。酒店自己本身是酒廠，地點不算方便，但叫車軟件很方便，自駕遊的人應該沒有問題。去生命之柱主教座堂和哥里比較近。
