The service was excellent. The front desk guy helped us extend our check-out time for free and arranged a car for us to Budva. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also very convenient—the meals were delivered to our room, so we could enjoy delicious food while admiring the view from the balcony. Overall, the experience was great! Except for the slightly poor soundproofing of the room, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

The location is a bit hard to reach on foot, but we knew that when we booked since we had a rental car. There's plenty of parking both outside and inside. It's currently off-season, and the hotel is still getting ready for it, so the interior grounds aren't spruced up yet. The room isn't visually perfect: the sofas are a bit worn, and the laminate flooring is slightly warped. But for us, that wasn't an issue; we're not picky. The room has everything you need for cooking (except salt and oil), which was a lifesaver because eating out all the time can get expensive! Plus, there's even a dishwasher with tablets. We went to the gym a couple of times. The equipment is a bit old, but still usable. There was also a sauna, but we didn't get around to using it. The TVs support YouTube, which was a nice bonus. The view from the room was also excellent, overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The staff were polite and always ready to help. It's funny, we extended our stay twice! We really liked it that much.

It was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks. 1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place. 2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again. 3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too! By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems. 4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems. 5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!). As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

I don't know why there are so many high and low reviews online. Anyway, I feel it's pretty good. The facilities are also OK. It's a standard three-star small hotel. After all, it's at this price. The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. I booked a mountain view room and was given a sea view room with a balcony. I am satisfied! You can go swimming in the sea at the door of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a dock for cruise ships. You can take a boat directly at the door of the hotel without going to the old town. Of course, if you want to go to the old town, you have to take a bus at the door. It's not that close. The breakfast is also good, but the seafood restaurant nearby directly gives English menus. It's more expensive, not quite at the level of Montenegro, maybe because this is Kotor.

The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The room is facing the sea, the feeling of a European town, very comfortable, very romantic, the only thing is that the hotel is the old building without elevator, if the overweight luggage is a bit difficult to carry

You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner. 3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town 4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros 5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The overall stay is fantastic, highly recommended!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
