Hotels With Breakfast in Port Louis District, Mauritius

The hotel is surrounded by a nice environment. Opposite is the racecourse and you can see Fort Hill. The service is friendly. We wanted to take a taxi to Port Louis. The boss said it would take a while and showed us the route. We arrived in a few minutes and passed a church and a market. The snacks on the roadside stalls are very cheap. The location in Port Louis is stunning, overlooking the port. Music plays in the evenings, and there's a bar where you can relax. The soundproofing between rooms is very good; you can hear your neighbors... ! At the reception desk, there was an intrusive, incompetent young employee, apparently about 15 or 16 years old. He had no idea what the rules of etiquette were, and he literally barged into the room while my girlfriend was working on a video call. He started pacing around the room in the background, talking loudly in his own language, and pointing to the parking lot. After that, he insistently demanded that I move my car to another spot and return the keys to the room. I handed him my car keys. When I went out to pick him up a few minutes later, I saw him driving poorly, mixing up the gears, hitting the gas in a small parking lot right in front of me and hitting some bushes, literally jumping up on the curb, miraculously not damaging my car, and parking terribly crookedly, taking up two spaces, forcing me to repark my car behind him! The shower room had a closed door, and the handle was covered in mold and mildew. They were very poor at cleaning the shower room. The sink faucet was incredibly inconvenient; it was impossible to wash your hands because the faucet was positioned so low. The refrigerator was very small and smelled bad. The menu in the room was wrinkled and stained with wine—how could anyone even put something like that in there? The bed smelled of something, probably chemicals.

Super hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des transports, resto, centre ville. Les chambres sont vieillissantes ayant besoin d’une rénovation mais restent très convenables, très propres et bon espace. L’attention des chocolats tous les soirs c’est plaisant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais trop répété (toujours les mêmes choses). Le service est top. Je suis satisfaite.

The hotel is by the sea, and the backyard has an invincible sea view, but you cannot go down to the beach. The overall style of the hotel is more like the airbnb I have lived in Australia and New Zealand. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it is also a good experience to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze.
