First stay feels good First of all, the front desk service was very friendly, and it was very convenient to speak English to our check-in procedures, and the room was very clean.

Every was great: good location, close to everything, excellent top-floor room with terrace with amazing view, comfty bed with multiple pillows, loft style room, safe place - there are some beggars around the property but they are not aggressive, grocery shop in 1 min walk, fast check-in and check-out, perfect cleaning.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not very good. I live in a room with a sunny side on the seventh floor. There is a pigeon nest outside the window. The pigeons are cooing all night long! The bathroom is relatively small and the service is pretty good. The restaurant on the first floor is large and has boiling water. The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice but too cold and not constant temperature. The view of the sea from the rooftop is nice.

The bathrooms in the rooms need a little maintenance, the breakfast and service were excellent!

Decaying hotel and installations. Needs repair/retrofit urgent. The room was terrible: dirty and scratched walls, bed seemed to be recently used (although it seemed clean sheets) or was badly made. The bathroom was old and the floor was dirty the whole experience was a nightmare.

Wonderful service, very hard beds, breakfast always the same, no variation in what is served

Breakfast is not so good and does not include water in the rooms, the rest fulfils its functions by location near the embassy

The hotel service is acceptable, the room is clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast is acceptable
