I am very satisfied with my stay as the accommodation was both pleasant and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Nizam at the reception counter for his professionalism and helpful assistance throughout my stay and, I must say also quite handsome..😀

Hotel is centrally located in city centre and conveniently connected to surrounding attractions and eateries by foot or by transport. Services by Hotel staffs and crews are good and warm. Rooms are proportionately large and comfy & well maintained. TV reception is hopeless though. Breakfast spread is not satisfactory. Not much choices and taste is bland. I would suggest not to purchase rooms with breakfast package and use this savings to purchase tastier and more cost effective breakfast from any eateries from shops near the hotel... You're welcome. Parking is also a headache during peak periods... Not only is the fact that the parking is uncovered, whatever parking spaces that is available is very limited. Other than that, overall, this hotel provides good value for money accommodation and services. Oh yes, the main lobby is soo spacious and soothing place.

affordable price including breakfast if you are travelling with big families (＞6 adults). the staffs did their best to accommodate with our request (buggy service, extra bed/pillow/blanket, breakfast options not bad). not much of expectation considering the price

Excellent. Ver recommended. 😍🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I was very satisfied with my stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel, SP. This is my 2nd time staying here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were complete and in good working order. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. The hotel’s location is also strategic, close to Aman Jaya Mall, food outlet etc. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay that’s good value for money.

I have bought a bottle of bird control sprayer . Kindly ask the receptionist keep it for me n clean up all the bird **** at the window n spray the place with the sprayer so the birds no more coming to my room window . Thank you .

The location is absolutely excellent, surrounded by various eateries, convenience stores, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and even a Maybank. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The children's pool is safely designed even for toddlers as young as two. The adult pool is 4 feet deep, providing a safe and appropriate depth for Malaysian adults. If you ever feel bored, there's a gym available. The food options are consistently delicious too. Overall, it's truly superb! 👍

Booked seaview room. Perfect business gateway and of course family gateway. Can relax and enjoy swimming pool, beach and sunset after hectic meeting. with this kind of facilities, makes me missed my children and family because the facility really families friendly. The food was not many choices but fair enough as u can have breakfast by sea with such a nice view.

Spacious space in the room …. The front desk & house keeping are super nice!!! Reminder : they don’t reply email, anything please call them…. Local food for breakfast & they do have shuttle bus to send the guest to 3 local place : pasar malam , dataran helang

The hotel is quite old and I’ve requested for King room but the receptionist said it was sold out and replaced with twin bedrooms. Instead of upgrading, they offer a lower rank. Good view of the hotel and good location surrounded by eateries and shopping mall.
