The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

I had a very pleasant stay at Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang. The hotel is extremely convenient, especially for anyone travelling through KLIA or spending time around the Sepang area. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming, organised, and well-run. One of the highlights was the convenience of the hotel buggy transfer service, which made moving between the airport and hotel very easy. This is especially useful after a long drive or before catching a flight. The hotel lobby and entrance also gave a good first impression — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was comfortable and suitable for a proper rest. After a long day, it was exactly the kind of hotel where you can settle down, recharge, and feel at ease. The overall environment was quiet and practical, with the right balance of airport convenience and hotel comfort. I also liked the unique setting of the hotel, with views of the KLIA control tower nearby. It gives the stay a distinctive airport atmosphere, which is quite special compared with a normal city hotel. Overall, Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang is an excellent choice for travellers who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to KLIA and the Sepang area. It is reliable, well-located, and very suitable for both transit stays and short getaways. I would happily stay here again.

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious. The room decor is a bit dated, but the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel has an ice rink, which is a good option if you want to learn to ice skate. The breakfast was ordinary and nothing special.

Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at M World Hotel was excellent overall. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel environment is well-maintained, and the common areas are also quite spotless. The breakfast was a major highlight of this stay. The food selection was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options, ensuring that both adults and children could find something they liked. The food was replenished quickly, and the overall dining experience was satisfying. The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff's service attitude was friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money, highly recommended for families or business travelers.

1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

We arrived early and requested for early check in, the staff is very nice and explained only the twin bed room available. We managed to check in at 1pm. Staffs are friendly, convenient to the shopping centre, restaurant and coffee house around. All facilities are well served.

Overall experience is good but they must charge 5 ringgit per night extra charges even after booking. Also 50 ringgit deposit.

The surrounding area is quite peaceful, making it a good place to relax. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and I liked how everything was simple yet functional. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is very important in Malaysia weather!). Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay hassle-free. Facilities-wise, it’s more of a business-style hotel, so don’t expect luxury amenities, but everything essential is there. The WiFi was stable, and the overall environment felt safe and well-managed. If I had to point out something, it would be that the location might feel slightly out of the way if you don’t have your own transport, but for me it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I would recommend ibis PJCC Petaling Jaya for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Petaling Jaya. It’s great for short trips, business stays, or even a simple getaway.

As a returning guest, I continue to choose this hotel because of its consistently excellent service and comfortable stay. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit pleasant from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle service, which is convenient and adds great value for travelers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely continue to return whenever I visit the area. Highly recommended!
