The hotel is in a great location. Service was by nice friendly staff. Bath + sink in the room is very weird and shouldn't be. Later I saw you can choose separate bathroom room. For 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal.

Not bad. The style is like “ The Student Hotel”, neat, modern and tidy. Walking distance to city center, cave and Thermae 2000.  I brought my own extra blanket as I m sensitive to coldness.

What a nice stay. We had booked for 2 nights. You can make use of 3 whole days wellness! Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff. City of Valkenburg at stoneworld distance, ideal! We will surely come back!

Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door. Other than that everything was great

洞窟のクリスマスマーケットに行くために1泊しました。 教会の後ろ部分をリノベーションしたばかりで、綺麗で清潔でした。 駅からも、街のセンター街からも徒歩圏内です。 朝食はシンプルでも美味しく、開放感があり、夜は軽くバー利用しましたが、スタッフはプロフェッショナルで、気持ち良く過ごしました。 また行く機会があれば利用します。

Booked this hotel through trip.com. We booked this room because the photos looked nice and spacious for a family. However, upon arrival, this turned out not to be the case; the room looked nothing like the photos. And not to mention the room itself: beds with very thin mattresses, the balcony door wouldn't lock (the lock was broken), the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower leaked, and the next morning, there was suddenly a noodle ball on our balcony, and that on the fifth floor. How could that be??? This was such a disappointment for me and my children, as they had been so looking forward to spending a night in a hotel. What might be normal for others isn't for us, and... Hopefully, something will be done about this.

The room is retro, but very comfortable, the surrounding environment is good and comfortable. The single bed is small, but Europe is like this, there is nothing to be picky about.

We had a very nice weekend . Hotel is near the center, the evening dinner , breakfast was delicious . The facilities such as swimming pool, sauna fitness are there. Jacuzzi in the room daughter of 6 years old calls the golden hotel. The next time we come to Roermond, we'll certainly be going to book here again.

It was a large apartment with a great bed and kitchen The living room was unfortunately not comfortable with 5 unsatisfactory old seats. The apartment really wants a renovation. The reception was very friendly, however.
