Hotels With Breakfast in Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Poland

I was a bit hesitant about this hotel as I don’t think the pics on the IHG website show it very well I need not have worried as this is the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in for a very long time. It’s location is perfect, ten minutes on a bus from the airport that stops across the road, 10 minutes to walk into the centre, tram stops 100 meters away and a big shopping centre 10 minutes walk about. In addition behind the hotel is a square full of bars and restaurants as well as being beside the river giving more eating options. The actual train station is a bit of a walk away but 5 min walk to a tram station takes you straight to Bydgoszcz Glowny station for routes across Poland I turned up way early at 11am and expected to leave my bags and head out, however the receptionist was so good and offered me the diamond IHG benefit of early check in which was really good of her Room was a good size and looked over the river, very comfortable bed and pillows, big tv, fridge and a great bathroom with walk in shower. Ironing board and safe in each room I only ate breakfast but again it was fantastic with a massive selection that I’ve be sure even the fussiest person could find something On the 4th floor there is an outside terrace with bar, bar was closed but I’d imagine open in summer and a great place to relax outdoors Every member of staff I interacted with couldn’t have been any better and are a credit to the hotel Only negative point is the additional points for the greener stay promotion not being awarded Id certainly recommend and without double will return if in the area

The location is good but there is no view except for front front. They didn't give room saying the front front is both full and extra price. They have very high price for breakfast. Although there are places near the hotel that are very beautiful and relatively much more suitable.

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk 500 meters to reach the old town. It is only 12 minutes' drive from the railway station. You can ask the front desk to help you book a taxi. The room is large enough, but unfortunately, as the previous occupants said, there is no shower curtain and no floor drain, and the water is kept until the next day for cleaning. . . .

I have just spent 5 days in this hotel and for a Brit needing somewhere to stay in a city and a country he does not know this recommendation was superb. The rooms are clean, well kitted out, spacious and well looked after. The breakfast was superb! The staff are efficient, well trained, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The price is amazing. I will stay here every time I come and as my daughter now lives in Bydgoszcz as she works there they will get a lot of custom from me over the next few years.

We decided for this hotel for new years eve. We didnt have a plan where we will be, so we told ourselves it will be spontaneous and we will ask staff for a suggestions. Or maybe if they have some new years dinner in the hotel restaurant. When we came to the check in at 14:00 (offically the check in is at 15:00, But if you come sooner in any hotel, you go to reception and ask if the room is ready, if not, ok you wait) lady told us that the room is ready But we have to pay 50 PLN if we want to go up 45 minutes before check in. Crazy. In all years that I go to hotels I didnt experience this. So we went to the car and drove to the center for a walk and to see a little bit around. When we came back, we joked between us, if now that we came so late, we get payed? 😀 If this is their policy. Of course restaurant was closed from 18:30 on. When we asked the lady if she maybe knows if there is any new years party anywhere. She was like so life less, arrogant, as everything is in her way. She just said that she doesnt know rudely and that she is here all night. Like we are guilty for that. A simply no I dont know would be just fine. So we finally came to the room. We decided to go to a shop and spend newyears eve in a room. The room was clean. There is just no room cleaning everyday. The next problem was at night. The walls are so thin that I felt like I sleep next to couple in the room next to use. And unfortunately they were so loud and they stayed everyday up untill 4, so I had to be up everyday with them also so long. I rated 3* just because they have parking (additional fee), so you dont have to worry, the hotel is nice, the restaurant also, the rooms are clean, they just need to work on interactions with guests. Also the breakfast for new years was nothing special and all the time was something missing, they didnt even bring the desseerts again when they were gone, although there were a few people. I dont know if the breakfast is everyday like that, because I read all good rates about it, But at our stay it was not good. So, there is a lot of room for improvement.

I spent two nights on leisure trip over the weekend and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to the city centre. As for the room, even thou it wasn't huge but it was excellent, spotless, daily cleaned, warm and comfortable. Extended breakfast, friendly personnel. Easy check in and out. Simply Well maintained hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for locals and foreigners for a leisure or business trip.

A Budget hotel reflected the price £24 a night with breakfast excellent hotel for the money clean and tidy with everything you could need ideal location short walking distance from trams and walking distance to city centre - short walk to the river as well as.

Pobyt 30.04-03.05 2022 r. rodzina 2+2, wyjazd z TRAVELIST. Pokój nr 316 na trzecim piętrze. Hotel dość duży znajdujący się w starej okazałej odnowionej z zewnątrz kamienicy. Zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od Starego Rynku – na piechotę to około 15 minut spacerkiem. W pokoju standardowe wyposażenie: telewizor, sejf, lodówka. Łazienka wyglądem jeszcze z tamtej epoki. Sam hotel i jego wygląd w środku oraz wielkość pokoi to takie maksimum trzy gwiazdki, na pewno nie cztery jakie posiada hotel. Jednakże ze względu na zabytkowy budynek i jego wystrój bo hotelu panuje ciekawy klimat z tamtych lat, mogę „przyznać” wyższą ocenę niż tylko trzy gwiazdki. Na uwagę w hotelu zasługuje bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa w szczególności w restauracji gdzie jedliśmy śniadania i czasami kolacje. Naprawdę panie bardzo się starały i reagowały na każdą naszą prośbę. Jedzenie również było dobre, było z czego wybierać. Fajnym rozwiązaniem była też możliwość wzięcia kanapek z restauracji po śniadaniu (były przygotowane, już gotowe dla gości włożone w papierowe torebeczki i ułożone w koszyczku) – nie w każdym hotelu nawet w tych posiadających większą ilość gwiazdek coś takiego istnieje i jest taka możliwość (ogólnie średnio jest postrzegane zabieranie jedzenia w postaci np. kanapek z restauracji – co oczywiście uważam za nietrafione, bo kanapki z reguły robi i bierze się dla dzieci na potem, a nie zabiera się je w ilościach umożliwiających np. sprzedaż). Obsługa w recepcji również była miła. Jedyny mały minus to fakt, że w dwóch pierwszych dobach nasze samochody (byliśmy ze znajomymi) musiały być zaparkowane na parkingu centrum finansowego – tuż obok hotelu, ponieważ na hotelowym parkingu nie było wolnych miejsc (była impreza zamknięta – wesele). Trochę musieliśmy się nagimnastykować z przenoszeniem naszych walizek z parkingu do hotelu – kilka metrów, jazda windą z parkingu podziemnego centrum finansowego. Ogólnie hotel ok, umiejscowiony bardzo dobrze w Bydgoszczy, obsługa tak jak wskazałem zasługuje na pochwały, stąd w mojej ocenie za całokształt cztery gwiazdki.

Fantastic Hotel located right in the heart of the city. It was so clean and the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. We had breakfast included and there was so much choice and it was all delicious. The rooms are fab - we had a great view of the river - and the beds were super comfy. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city! Thank you Hotel Focus!

Loft, large space, very comfortable. Upstairs and downstairs double bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, we like to make something to eat.

Sympatyczny hotel - co prawda tuż przy głośniej ulicy, ale z dobrym dojazdem tramwajem z dworca kolejowego. Co do standardu - według mnie dobre 3*. Czysto, przestronnie. Miła obsługa. Dobre zaplecze konferencyjne. Bardzo smaczna kuchnia. Sympatyczny lobby bar. Dobry dla osób przyjeżdżających w interesach. Na dłuższy pobyt raczej nie koniecznie.

Excellent service, boutique hotel with high standard, room as well as breakfast. Great location. We participated in Taste of Things event in the hotel. Movie and afterwards special dinner. Great idea to organize something different in order to encourage guests to come. Director of the hotel (Mateusz) as well Sales Manager (Ewelina) so helpful, dedicated to their duties, passionate about what they do. Absolutely amazing staff on board. The business trip was close, so the company gave me a budget for the accommodation. I had to find a accommodation in the center of Torunia, so the hotel ”Filmar” I chose without hesitation. What attracted me from the beginning was a nice service - no exception! (I think) Your manager is sincerely smiled. It is the best incentive for re-arriving! The hotel has an amazing cleanliness - for ”Filma”, as you can see, it is obvious! When I asked for iron, I was waiting for me when I was in the room! Breakfasts here are not all, eggs, strawberries, cheeses! Many hotel restaurants also offer: shrimp, bakkels, poultry liver... The kitchen boss will take care of every lift, and this is of great importance to me!

This was a wonderful experience. I'm LeYs skeptical of written reviews but now I am writing one Location and staff could not be beaten. Simply one of the best I have experienced. Overall a very good place to stay for exploring Toruń city and it’s fascinating sights. The accommodation is really well located in the Old Town; close to main sights, bars, restaurants etc. The room & kitchenette were both very clean and tidy; floors are wooden so a bit noisy and cool in the morning underfoot. Large comfortable bed also.

The Nikolaus Hotel is located in the middle of the old town, all the attractions are to walk. In ancient walls is a stylish chic hotel. The rooms are located in 2 to 3 boxed buildings with elegant staircases and passages. In the back part there is a roof terrace with bar which was not used during our stay because of the great heat. Bad armoires and many small things in top design. The owner led us to our room that was not quickly found on the ground. When we were going to take a taxi, we always wanted to order any one on the edge of the old town, by the receptionists, we were told a waiting time of 20 minutes. Something short for our departure at the train station. After several attempts failed to get a previous taxi, the boss personally led us to the station. A generous meeting! Despite these many positive aspects there are also a few negative points. There were no night tables and no lamps in bed. A lighting to read evening in bed, we had to bast by switching from steel lamps first. There were bath coats, but no hook to hang them, because you don't want to hang them with a sleeve in the dressing box. There were no hacks and only a mini-stop for dental brushes etc. That was not enough for one person to think of a second at all. The stylized bath, which first triggers a wow effect, proved very unpractical.

Hotel Eter was a totally hidden gem of an accommodation located adjacent to the medieval town. Admittedly, we spent a bit more for one of their better rooms, but it was a very good decision. Our room was large with a nice bathroom, very private and modern. If there was a downside, then it was that there was no elevator access like in other parts of the hotel. The optional breakfast buffet for an additional charge was excellent. Service throughout the hotel from front desk to food service was always exceptional. We would return to Hotel Eter in a heartbeat, have dinner in their restaurant and even request the more expensive room again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanza Palac. From the room being clean and modern to food being uniquely delicious. Special thank you to the chef, Marcin. We were able to meet him and he kindly and professionally explained the menu for us and made wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back. Our 10 y/o loved the playgrounds in the area. My outdoor favorite activity? A walk in the forest after lunch. This is a one of a kind hotel. The spa is really nice as well. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional.
