Big thumbs up for this hotel! 👍🏻 The location is fantastic, right opposite Minsheng Road. Even though it's across a small pedestrian bridge, it's surprisingly quiet at night. All the places I researched (Luoguo, Doumi hotpot, Suantang beef hotpot, Bingjiang, and Tea Mountain) were basically near the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are very clean. Plus, every day customer service messaged me about breakfast being delivered to the room. The front desk attendant was a very beautiful and kind lady who thoughtfully provided makeup remover wipes and cleanser samples – a truly female-friendly hotel! ^_^

The hotel is really unique with a fantastic atmosphere. The butler service was attentive, and they were always quick to communicate and resolve any issues. The restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the local food was delicious. The in-house photography service, Yumo Travel Photography, was professional and produced some amazing shots. Their photo selection process was thoughtful and efficient.

I chose this hotel by chance and was so pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, not noisy at all, which helped me relax as soon as I walked in. The room's soft furnishings are simple yet tasteful, and I really liked the overall style. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality – you can tell they pay attention to the details. The internet signal was stable and fast, perfect for streaming, working, or browsing without interruption. The staff were incredibly helpful, proactively guiding me with directions and answering all my questions with genuine kindness. The price was very reasonable, yet the quality of my stay didn't suffer one bit. Getting such great service for a fair price definitely earns a five-star rating!

Our hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The airport transfer service was punctual and hassle-free. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the late-night snack was both delicious and comforting. The front desk even thoughtfully provided a travel guide centered around the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. What truly stood out was the abundance of staff; whether checking in, asking questions, or needing assistance, someone was always readily available. Their responses were prompt, and their attitudes were warm and enthusiastic. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay, which made it very relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Xingyi Fenglinyueshan Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was super efficient. They even proactively upgraded us to a king room and a twin room for free, which was such a pleasant and thoughtful surprise! The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was excellent – we could see the beautiful Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks) right from our window. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and made us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xingyi! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room design is simple and practical, with plenty of natural light. While there's a bathtub on the balcony (which isn't ideal), a major plus is the dressing table to the right of the single-basin vanity, complete with a stool. This was perfect for blow-drying hair and even served as a step stool for the kids to wash their hands. The TV is huge and supports screen casting, which is a nice bonus. The air conditioning wasn't great during the day, but it naturally cooled down after dark. If you're spending a full day at Huangguoshu, it's not much of an issue. The hotel has some small animals, and you can get carrots from the front desk to feed them. Our kids loved feeding them for three days straight! The breakfast offered a decent variety of vegetables, but after four days, the menu only saw minor adjustments. Eating the same thing daily became a bit boring, though hotels in this location probably don't typically host guests for such long stays. In terms of location, it's within walking distance of Huangguoshu Tourist Center No. 2. If you're visiting Longgong Cave, Dasheng's Eye, Tonggudang, and Guanling Ice Mortars, it's a central spot. However, tour guides usually depart from Anshun or Guiyang, so it's more suitable for self-drivers. The hotel has a laundry room and three sinks for handwashing, which is incredibly useful when visiting Anshun, especially for wilder attractions! We were washing clothes and shoes every day! Overall, at this price point, it offers excellent value for money and has many commendable features.

The room facilities are complete, toiletries are well-stocked, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The front desk lady provided thoughtful service. Plus, Qingyun Market is only about three kilometers from the hotel, and Minsheng Road is just a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient.

Highly recommend this homestay! The house has complete facilities, comfortable bedding, intelligent whole house, the whole homestay is cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom, window, corners are not stained, and the hygiene standards are very high. The location is very good, living in the water, the courtyard and the surrounding green plants are lush, the air is fresh, the eyes are full of beautiful scenery, and it is very comfortable to stay away from the hustle and bustle. There is also an outdoor swimming pool! The water quality is clear, and the whole homestay environment is like a paradise! Breakfast and dinner are also very local, especially delicious! The boss treats people sincerely and communicates smoothly. Not only patiently answering questions, but also intimately sharing the surrounding play guides, the service is particularly in place, and the stay experience is full!

From booking dinner for us by phone last night, to picking up my shoelaces this morning, taking us to buy our tickets, and then carrying our luggage to the station—this is truly exceptional customer service. Just a short 5 min walk from exit E of Penshuichi metro station. 2 lifts. Room is big with windows. Comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Got couch, writing desk with chair, shelf, clothes hanger, powerful hair dryer and usual amenities. Toilet n bath separated, smart, warm toilet with bidet too, a rare find in China. Provided us with extra bottles of water. Laundry room has mini gym, 3 washers and 3 dryers, but not efficient in cleaning and drying. Suspect no regular cleaning & maintenance. Bike for exercise, the seat is very loose, cannot use. Extra hooks in toilet & bathroom would be nice. Good buffet breakfast, many choices. American and Italian coffee made fresh, superb. Front desk service good. Location good to move around with metro. Age over 70, use metro free. All in a very good value hotel, clean and comfortable.
