I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite. The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute. Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.) I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. They even granted my request for fried eggs, which I truly appreciated. They also arranged our photoshoot, our car, and our food everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. First, we asked the front desk to book a hot air balloon ride. They quoted 85 euros, saying it all goes to the hot air balloon company and doesn't include tips. The next day, when we were on the hot air balloon, we talked to some other Chinese tourists who booked the same ride and they only paid 50 euros... We basically got ripped off 35 euros, tearing up inside. Our room had flies, and the sheets had orange stains that hadn't been washed out. When we reported it to the front desk, they gave us an insect spray, claiming it was colorless and odorless, and told us to use it. Later, we paid an extra 70 euros to upgrade our room, which was already a 4-digit price per night. The location is quite remote. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but walking under the strong summer sun with intense UV rays was really tiring, with lots of uphill and downhill sections. So, we ended up taking taxis everywhere during our stay. On our second day, around noon, the cleaning staff directly entered our room using a password, startling me awake from my sleep. I can't recall anything else right now, but I'll add more if I remember.

Cappadocia Cave Lodge was a great base for this friends trip! The rooms were comfortable and artfully decorated- I felt like I was living in a modern cave. The Lodge’s breakfast has been fresh and tasty. The staff have been very polite and accommodating- they brought me coffee when I sat in the hotel’s outdoor roof area to watch the hot air balloons rise over the horizon- such a nice gesture! The location itself is a short (if hilly!) walk down to the city center with lots of inviting shops (carpets, antiques- just to name a few) and cafes along the way! Would stay here again!

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

I really liked this hotel; the cave hotel concept is perfectly executed. The location is excellent, the room has all the necessary amenities, and the rooftop offers a great view for watching the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast is a standard buffet: vegetables, eggs, sausages, and a large variety of sweets and fruits. The only downside is the lack of windows, which causes a slight, but not critical, musty smell. The staff's service was outstanding – we had a plumbing issue which was resolved within an hour, and afterwards, they brought a fruit platter to our room as an apology. They also provided wine glasses for us to use outside the hotel in the evening, as per our request. Even though there were many guests during our stay, we didn't hear any noise in our room. Overall, for its price, the hotel fully delivers on quality and service.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.

The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you.
