This is a nice and comfortable hotel. It is situated close to the highway, thus making it easy to get to. There is a Ruby Tuesdays restaurant right next door along with a Dunkin Donuts also by within walking distance. Overall, the property is clean. The room is spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.

Hotel was just what we expected in a Hampton Inn property- clean, friendly, and well-maintained. Desk clerk gave us a great list of local restaurants and circled the best ones to go to. Breakfast was standard but appreciated. Coffee 24/7. Great sights and location. Highly recommended.

I had the most dissatisfying stay recently at the Hampton Inn in Smithfield RI. This was a one night local getaway for me to have a little alone time, to get some work done, and to relax. I have often stayed at Hiltons but not at the particular location. Right off the bat I found the desk person to be grumpy, short with me, and unfriendly, Not to mention that when I arrived I had to wait for him at the desk as he was outside, Once settled in my room the wifi was inaccessible. I tried several times and there just wasn't a strong enough signal for my computer to hook in. Not only was this disappointing but it didn't allow me to get the work done that I had planned on doing. The room above me sounded like a bowling alley all night long so sleep wasn't possible. In the morning the tv no longer worked, Seemed to possible be a bug with the clocks falling behind or something. Then, when leaving, there wasn't even anyone at the desk to speak with - just a box to put in your plastic room key for disinfecting. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I won't be returning,

The environment of the hotel is good, and the location is very good in the city center. It's convenient to eat in the United States. We stayed at this hotel twice in the 3 months of this summer vacation and the front desk was very friendly, when I first checked in I forgot to take my silk pillowcase (left on the pillow), called the front desk and asked the staff to help keep it, and we got a good stay again after more than half a month Save. Hotel facilities are relatively new, with large parking lot, gym, laundry room, swimming pool, outdoor bonfire, and people gather next to each day. The only thing I don't like enough is that the windows are sealed and cannot be opened. The cockroaches can rely on the ventilation system for air conditioning. Everything else is good.

the staff was friendly and they gave out welcome drinks at the bar. everything was clean and they had spacious rooms. the location was good too was close to a walmart and shopping center and a lot of restaurants. my only issue was they had thin walls and we could hear people from outside or upstairs. other than that everything was perfect!

The room is large and well-equipped. It has kitchenware and a dishwasher, which is very convenient. It is about 15 minutes away from Brown University. The only problem is that you need to make the sofa bed yourself, but it's okay. It's a good choice.

Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!
