Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

We had a really great stay in the biggest room ever - biggest toilet with the best view as well. Breakfast service was impeccable - and we would like to thank Ms Air 刘金玲 for her top notch service and attention to details, and made us felt at home since day 1 when she could recognise us when we went for breakfast on day2 :) side note was that the housekeeping service may not be as attentive - did not top up our shower gel for 2 days - and we had to leave a note to request for it especially. In all, location was great, view is outstanding, and hotel staff service is commendable! :)

It lights up at around 4 o'clock in the morning, the room also lights up, and people wake up. 3⃣️The pillow is too high, causing neck pain and seriously affecting sleep. 4⃣️The air conditioner faces the bed, and it gives me a headache when I turn it on. For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The Mid-Levels Hotel where I stayed on this business trip was really great! Good location, very convenient for skiing. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is also good, with rich variety and you can eat well. If I come here next time, I will definitely choose this one!

The service truly rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. What particularly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of neatly tying up phone cables after room cleaning – a small detail I had only ever seen before at the Regent Chongqing. We booked a garden room with a private courtyard, and the small patio at the entrance was absolutely charming. The public courtyard is also ideal for outdoor tea and relaxation. Furthermore, the customer service manager and all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were extremely knowledgeable about Harbin's dining scene and were able to recommend the most unique and authentic restaurants to guests. They even thoughtfully prepared a small farewell gift upon our departure. This is truly a fantastic hotel, worth revisiting two or even three times! I've already recommended it to many friends.
