The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. This hotel has a unique charm, with a grand crystal chandelier in the lobby and a lovely aroma, making it elegant and very photogenic. The room design is distinctive, retro yet refined, clean, and comfortable. The bedding is soft and ensured a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch throughout! All the staff were smiling, enthusiastic, and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade and a lovely welcome gift. They also prepared a super cute fridge magnet for my child, who was absolutely thrilled! The attention to detail was exceptional, making for an excellent experience that was both cozy and relaxing. The breakfast and afternoon tea were also perfect! Highly recommended!

Drove all the way from Beijing to Harbin for an exam. I specifically chose this hotel because it has parking. It's really close to Saint Sophia Cathedral, and there's a supermarket downstairs where fruit is much cheaper than in Beijing. The room was huge, and the facilities and decor were very thoughtfully done. The bedding was spotless, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. They even offered afternoon tea snacks and the service was warm and attentive. They also gave us a souvenir gift, which was a lovely touch. Extremely satisfied!

Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice.

The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.   The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.   Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc.

The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with attention to every detail. The mobile service is thoughtful and professional, with a gentle and patient attitude. Plus, there's a laundry room and a gym on the third floor. The room facilities are complete and functional, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good rest. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed. First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking? After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it. The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

The facilities are brand new and exceptionally well-maintained. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was functional with plenty of hot water. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked great. There's even a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor – they really pay attention to the details. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time. Five stars, without a doubt!

Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened.

Went with my husband during the off-peak season, and the price was unbelievably low again after using points, only about eighty yuan. The location is excellent, very close to the museum. If you turn left when you go out, there's a spot that's not listed on maps, and the night view there is stunning. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff provided superb service. Highly recommended, great value for money. There's also a morning market nearby worth checking out.

The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.
