Location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to ferry point to sun island, shopping area and subway station. Service is good and staffs are helpful. Free high tea is provided but don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean and room is spacious even the hotel exterior looks a bit old.

The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The toilet paper in the room is charged, which is the first time I've seen it It was still dark at 5:30 in the morning, and there was no lighting in front of the hotel. I fell and got bitten by a dog 💩 What's more fatal is that when checking in, the ID card could not be swiped and it was said to be a program problem. The front desk took a photo with a mobile phone. But there was no such problem in other hotels I stayed in Heihe in the previous two days. I am very worried about the information security of our family.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center is just a stone's throw away. The administrators called a taxi, answered all questions and were very nice. The room is very nice, there is a lot of space, it is clean and cozy. Two TVs, one channel in Russian. There is a hairdryer, toothbrushes, paste, razor, shampoo, conditioner, gel, towels. The hotel has a restaurant with a buffet, 4 dishes and rice - 20 yuan.

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

The hotel location is super good as the Harbin Taiping International Airport is just located less than 10 mins away by taking car. There is also free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff will take initiative to confirm your shuttle bus requirement one day before for advance booking. The room is great and comfortable to stay.👍

Fantastic location at a great price for this location! Just a 5-minute walk to Zhongyangdajie Metro Station, Hongzhuan Morning Market, and around 11-15 minutes to Sophia Church and Yibin Zhi Jia. The staff at the counter are incredibly helpful and polite, and even the cleaning staff are friendly and considerate. The room amenities are excellent, the bathroom floor made of pumice stones great for foot scrubbing.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀

It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm. Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin

Best hotel I stayed at in China, very tasteful and very new interiors, great service - on checkin they gifted us a number of self care items which genuinely helped us to sleep better, you can ask for as many heat packs as you need throughout your stay to keep you warm when you go out, and on checkout they gifted us some unique russian snacks that we wouldn't have tried otherwise. Location was also incredible - the metro station is literally across the street and there's a handy drive-in space for pickup and drop off if you order a taxi, so no need to be outside in the cold for longer than necessary. Overall incredible hotel and I would definitely come back next time.
