This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

The room was comfortable, with a snowflake ❄️ theme on both the floor and carpet. The front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were all warm and provided excellent service. The location is very convenient; it's within walking distance to the cathedral, Central Street, and the museum. There's also a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to other attractions. The congee restaurant downstairs was delicious too. Highly recommended.

This hotel is only a five-minute walk from Central Avenue, and right across the street is the Songhua River, making its location excellent. The environment, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. For me, having traveled all over the country, the service attitude at this hotel is simply superb, beyond my imagination. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth of home. From the front office manager to the front desk staff at the Jiangjing Gym, especially the 'Princess, your carriage awaits' service, it was absolutely incredible, just fantastic. The breakfast was very rich, with everything imaginable to eat and drink. In particular, an employee named Breakfast Feast provided exceptional service. They even gave us a souvenir gift when we checked out. It was a truly satisfying trip.

The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, right near Central Street and close to the church, with plenty of highly-rated restaurants nearby – super convenient!
We drove there during a holiday, so parking was a nightmare. But the gentleman at the entrance was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to assist us with parking and moving our car. Big thumbs up for that!
To top it off, we received a special souvenir at check-out, which made my child very happy and insistent that we stay here again next time.

This hotel is truly excellent value for money! I stumbled upon it by chance, and everything from the environment to the cleanliness and service was absolutely fantastic. The hotel has all the amenities you could ask for: a gym, laundry room, and dryer. The bed in the room was so comfortable, I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down. I honestly didn't expect to find such a hidden gem in Harbin. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit, I really loved it!

I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed.
First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking?
After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it.
The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

The hotel is located near Central Avenue, with a bus stop right downstairs and the subway station very close by. Across the street is Zhaolin Park, where the air is filled with the strong scent of lilac flowers. The room was cozy and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel was thoughtful in every aspect, offering exquisite afternoon tea and comforting bedtime snacks. There's also a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor. Since staying here last year, I've made Yufeng my go-to hotel every time I visit Harbin.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is superb, very convenient with Central Street just a 1-2 minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a great variety. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were super nice and proactively upgraded me to a room with a window. Because of you all, my impression of Harbin is even better. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! Lastly, here's a photo of the stunning St. Sophia Cathedral at night, haha.

Went with my husband during the off-peak season, and the price was unbelievably low again after using points, only about eighty yuan. The location is excellent, very close to the museum. If you turn left when you go out, there's a spot that's not listed on maps, and the night view there is stunning. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff provided superb service. Highly recommended, great value for money. There's also a morning market nearby worth checking out.

**Translation:**
Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming, the environment was simple yet stylish, and the hotel's downtown location offered convenient transportation and great value for money. This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at across all the cities I've visited. I already like Yishang; I've stayed at their properties in Nanchang and Kunming, and they always have good locations and excellent service. This Yishang Plus in Harbin, however, is the best. Especially noteworthy is the 4th floor, which features Song-style aesthetic decor and even offers traditional clothing for guests. I took photos of my elderly mother there, and she was absolutely delighted. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, and they even offer congee at night. It's incredibly close to the train station, Central Street, and Saint Sophia Cathedral.

Very Good
GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

GGuest UserAn absolutely amazing stay! First off, upon arrival, we received a room upgrade, which was incredible considering it was during the May Day holiday and the hotel was fully booked. While waiting to check in, we were given a fascinating introduction to the hotel's history and even got to experience riding a century-old elevator. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like discovering a private museum. Then, they offered a complimentary travel photography session, and the 'Russian Princess' photos turned out even better than the paid ones at St. Sophia Cathedral! The room itself was quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep, and breakfast in the unique basement wine cellar was a treat. To top it all off, we were given a delicious and beautifully presented afternoon tea. Harbin Grand Hotel 1903 truly offers a timeless, century-old Russian romance! A must-experience for anyone visiting Harbin.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied during my stay. There's a ski resort nearby, and the concierge was warm and polite. Lily provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. The transportation was convenient, making it easy to get around. It offered great value for money and truly felt like a home away from home. The shopping mall is also very close, and dining options are plentiful. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend!

LLieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026.
The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest.
The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day.
At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!

Outstanding
Ssscat00The location is directly across from the south entrance of Central Street, with north-facing windows offering a view straight down the street. It's about equidistant from Central Street Station and Shangzhi Street Station on Metro Line 2, roughly 45-55 meters from each – a bit of a 'can't have your cake and eat it too' situation.
The lobby service was incredibly warm, efficient, and never dragged. Someone even managed to seamlessly hand me a cup of tea that was the perfect temperature and strength. Absolutely fantastic.
The family room had a large and a small bed, both spacious enough. There was ample room for luggage and even a convenient spot next to the toilet for your phone. The complimentary tea bags in the room were Lapsang Souchong and White Peony. Room cleaning was incredibly efficient – it was tidied up by the time we returned from breakfast.
The hotel's convenience store had decent prices, and a good selection of bottled Kvas from Qiulin. If you turn right outside, there's a great grilled squid vendor. Across the street, there's a large Harbin Meat Processing Factory store.
Overall, very satisfied!
