How can I describe this hotel? It's not particularly good, but it's not bad either. The location is very good, it's only a 10-minute walk to the opera house. There are many office buildings around, and there are not many people at night, so it's quite quiet. The service is not very good. You can check in by yourself, but you still need to find a service staff if you need multiple room cards. There is only one bathroom in the exquisite suite. Someone on Ctrip made a random comment saying that there are two, but it's possible that there is only one bathroom in my room. The telephone line in the room is under maintenance and it doesn't work at all. During my stay, I wanted to ask for more beds and quilts. After going down to the lobby on the first floor to find the service staff and talking to them, they didn't deliver them to the room for a long time. I went downstairs again to ask, but they said there were no quilts. If there were no quilts, shouldn't they come up and tell me! It's strange that such a big hotel doesn't have an extra quilt. Other services are not bad. The doorman takes the initiative to pick up and put down the luggage and close the car door.

Although the hotel is not located in the CBD, the transportation and environment are very good, and it is quiet in the bustling city. Transportation: Turn left and walk to the intersection for about 3 minutes to the newly built subway station Victoria Cross. This station is very large. It is very convenient to go anywhere from the north exit of the hotel. There are also buses nearby. Eating: There is a commercial street nearby with many restaurants. Shopping: There is a Woolworths supermarket 5-10 minutes walk nearby. Attractions: It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Luna Park and the camera position opposite the Sydney Opera House. In the end, the most film-making locations are all here. There is also a stop here if you want to take the ferry. Hotel: The hotel is newly renovated, the bedding is very comfortable, and the hygiene is also good. The one-bedroom and one-living room we booked is very large and has kitchen equipment. There is a laundry room upstairs in the hotel. You have to ask the front desk for washing powder. The hotel staff is very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning. The front desk checked that there was a room and checked us in. The hotel guests are mainly business guests. Chinese probably live in the CBD. We only saw two Chinese on the last day. Hotel breakfast: Western buffet

Booked this hotel for a friend. He was very happy with the room and the hotel overall. He reckons was fantastic. Hotel is also conveniently located close to two shopping centres (Westfield Liverpool and Stockland in Wetherill Park). 👌😊

The location of this hotel is great! It's only two minutes' walk from the train station, and Westfield Mall is right next to it. So it is very convenient to go to the City or anywhere in Sydney to do business. The front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic, helping with directions or providing information, the impression is very good!

Great location, near a tram entrance, cafe, bars, shops, grocery and gym all within a few minutes walking. The gym the hotel uses is an anytime fitness just a couple blocks north of the hotel. Was a great stay for a few nights traveling through the east coast.

The hotel is very close to the Newcastle train station, the transportation is very convenient, the rooms are clean, the kitchen utensils are all available, two adults and two children live in a two-bedroom suite, which is excellent value for money.

Every thing was good except we have to park on the street as our vehicle (which is an average 4 wheel drive mazda with roof rack would probably not fit into the VERY LOW garage
